Property shot downs after sunset while every other place was open and lit up. Not amenities at all. If something happens nobody was there to help you. The only good thing was the sunset view. The town was safe but not the hotel. Poor management. We were the only guest over there. Scary experience.

Incredible stay at Katerina’s castle, staff were amazing and the views incredible, would recommend everyone to stay here, great connections to Oia and Fira. Also the catamaran excursion organised through the hotel was amazing the sunset was beautiful.
If you come to Santorini you have to stay here!!

What can I begin with? What can I say? Am I satisfied? Let me tell you everything. Hotel Katerina is overall a very nice hotel, with a wonderful and precious view that you’ll probably won’t find anywhere else in Greece. Rooms are really cute but quite small with no window so if you’re claustrophobic, its the one for you. You’ll be surprised to know that our toilet got clogged a few times in 5 days so it was a pleasure struggling all day. Now, let’s talk about what really matters: The host If you’re reading this, I’m deeply sorry. Are you guys looking for the perfect way to lose your money? The host will be there for you anytime you want! Starting with a beer and a cola at 25 euros overall. Do you want to feel under pressure right when you arrive at the hotel? He’ll be there for you too!! Trying to be too friendly very quickly turns out to be quite annoying. Overall everything wasn’t that bad but not good either. I think the price is worth the view but if you’re looking for a friendly, significant host and a large room you’ll be disappointed. Ps: The Cleaning lady was extremely sweet so THINK ABOUT TIPPING HER! Thanks for reading. Valayre

The hotel has an amazing location in the heart of imerovigli with a great view. Rooms are very dark with very limited about of light and air ( a very small window), which is not ideal with the current pandemic. Moreover the water temperature in the shower was not ideal, it was impossible to get tepid water: either very warm or cold. Unfortunetly the gentleman that runs the place is rude, with poor manners and lack of professionalism: asking personal questions, not reliable. A pity! Globally it is an ok place to stay. Don't have big expectations.

10 Euros un cerveza Mythos y 8 Euros (en Santorini con vistas parecidas hemos pagado entre 5 y 6 euros por la misma cerveza) una Coca-cola traída directamente en un vaso con hielo (con poco gas, como cuando una botella de Coca-cola grande de plástico lleva tiempo abierta). Ok las vistas se pagan no hay problema, pero el hecho de que no haya agua mineral (hay un precio máximo en Grecia para ella), que cobren por adelantado antes de servir las bebidas y sólo en efectivo (hemos pagado con tarjeta en Grecia hasta un souvenir de un Euro en el pueblo más perdido donde no teníamos ni cobertura) y que no den ticket (según la ley griega si no hay ticket estás en tu derecho de no pagar, este letrero está en todos los establecimientos públicos, pero claro aquí como pagas antes de servirte…..) pues me hace pensar que es un sitio donde se aprovechan, en el peor sentido de la palabra, del turista. Este sitio no representa en absoluto el resto de sitios de la isla y lo que hemos conocido de Atenas, donde solo hemos encontrado gente amable, muy buena calidad de producto y precios muy acorde a los sitios, incluso baratos a mi parecer.

Ευγενικοί Φιλόξενοι τέλειο περιβάλλον εξυπηρέτηση πάρα πολύ καλή .Η θέα ήταν υπέροχη αφού βλέπαμε όλη την καλντέρα.Το ταξίδι μας ήταν υπέροχο και πραγματικά αξίζε τον κόπο να επισκεφτούμε αυτό το νησί.
