The service was correct, the bathroom quite acceptable, good. Comfortable beds and everything spacious. Being on the fourth floor, there was no noise from the street. The only downside is that you could hear noises like pipes, which was a bit annoying, you could hear that weird noise (we think) when others were taking showers or using the WC. We didnt have breakfast. In general, the experience was good and the staff was attentive.

Is it a very comfy hotel and location is super convenient in the huge supermarket and centres everywhere just 15 min walk and go to islands ferry port is 20min u can buy tickets there for 4 4€ , the concept is new inside the mall is the hotel and have nice Decor model , just the breakfast can be improved

Recently refurbished three star property with a four star level of service. While the rooms are small, they are fully equipped and the bathrooms are sparkingly clean. Great air conditioning and good linen and towels. Good shower but sadly with captive liquid soap. Breakfast is the only meal offered but is extremely good even though there are only two hot dishes for us Northern Europeans. Fresh orange juice (whch is wonderful) is available for a small supplement. Given the fact that there's terrific restuarnt across the road (Gimbres by Oleg), the absnce of full meals provision is not noticed. There's s nice lobby bar.

We had a five night break in Faro and stayed at this hotel, conveniently sited overlooking the marina. The airport bus drops you within a three minute walk of the hotel and the train station is just a little further away. We were fortunate to have a lovely room with balcony from which we could see the old town beyond the marina. The room was very comfortable and of a good size too. One disadvantage of the hotel is the small lifts from the reception area to upper floors: we used the stairs for easier access once we had taken bags to our room. The breakfast was very good with a pleasant area outside which was quite warm even in November. Entertainment was provided by a resident pianist and added a little to the general ambience of breakfast time. Overall, we were very pleased with our accommodation and would certainly stay there again if we were to revisit Faro.

We loved it - where else could one stay at a former Roman palace for 200 euro a night ?! Beautiful outdoor pool with panoramic view, perfectly manicured garden, excellent breakfast, there is even an exhibition onsite. Our room (superior category) is spacious and also has a balcony , although we spent little time in room, there are gorgeous lounges with antiques and patios with flower garden view. Why would you stay in your room. We recommend 2 night stays and it is wonderful to enjoy the estate and there are SPA treatments, although we did not use it. The only catch is that it is 20 minutes from the beach. If you need to go to old town or beach, you need to drive a car (parking is included with spacious underground parking) or use Uber.

We had a lovely stay. We arrived early due to our flight and check in was at 3pm. The staff stored our luggage until the room was ready and they let us use the facilities. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Apar**ent very clean and there was daily room service- fresh towels, beds made, bins emptied. Breakfast was a selection of breads, croissants, cereals, yougats, cheese and meats plus a coffee machine, teas and juices served between 7am-10am. Apar**ent bit too far from the beach to walk so would recommend hire of a car or we used the ”bolt” app which cost between €5-€8 each way to the beach and was cheaper than a taxi. There are some really nice restaurants nearby and a shop next door which sells the basics. Pool was nice with plenty of sun loungers. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Suitable for golfing, just 200 meters next to the QDL, the sunset suite is directly facing the golf course, and the view is good, you need a room on the second floor. The service staff are very enthusiastic and meet various needs from car rental, club rental, fixed course, restaurant and so on. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the beach, and the hotel also has bicycles. Breakfast was good. The only thing is that it is relatively close to the airway, and opening the window during the day will be noisy

I went alone but never bored. I had a late check in and everything was spot on. I communicated with the hotel about my flight change and quick response they booked me a taxi which was there waiting at weeee hours of the morning. The cleanliness was %100 rooms clean I cannot fault. I enjoyed the bus ride, the Uber was ok. The area was quiet if anyone looking for closeness but the taxi price was good. There was so much to do. My last day went to the spa over by the aqua park OMG it was rejuvenating only thing was you have to pay with a discount if you are staying at the hotel., for 2 hours 25 euros I think it can be a little cheaper for hotel guest. But I am not one to complain it is a kids friendly hotel so expect to hear kids running around planning to bring my grandkids next time, I know they will enjoy it. Breakfast was ok, ate outside for dinner there is so much place to choose from. Just a Uber ride away. A big shout out to Bruno very good cocktail and he gave me tips of places to eat out side. For a 3 star hotel this is excellent. We had to check out of our villa at 10am - but with a late evening flight home we needed somewhere to dump our cases and enjoy a pool somewhere for the day. We booked this (had to phone due to strange check in/out that we needed) we booked the room from 10am-7pm , obviously we had to be charged for the full day (80 euros) what a bargain! We weren't expecting much but we are pleasantly surprised (writing this sat by the peaceful pool ). Room is large and very clean - can't vouch for.comfort of bed as we won't be sleeping in them). This would make a great, value for money, base and you wouldn't be disappointed with pool and bar - we were feeling a bit deflated coming from a beautiful villa with private pool to a small hotel - but we love it! Staff are very helpful and friendly. If your looking for a good value hotel - this is it!
