The location of hotel was good but service was poor. Staff hardly can understand English and not so helpful.
This hotel don't even have vending machine for ice. Didn't take their breakfast as it was expensive.

Century Royal hotel location is very convenient , Thank you for check in early , the room was quiet and comfortable with beautiful views , Highly recommended !

We stay here for 2 nights. The place is very convenient for shopping around the hotel but the rooms not so clean.but they breakfast was very good and had 2 floors to choose.

Besides the excellent location and service level, the food is so good that you should not miss it. If you have time, the dinner is a good choice in your trip.

The hotel is aging, though I believe the rooms had been renovated but the basic facilities are “old” such as piping in the toilets and some furniture. Though staff are very helpful. It is sad that this hotel will be closed for business after opening over 50 years.

Location right next to station. Very convenient. Dimaru just next to hotel. Near market and other tourist attractions. Will come back.

Within Sapporo train stn vicinity. Easy access to train from htl with underground walkway . Big n clean htl .

Excellent location: 3min walk to malls, 8min walk to train station, and 12min walk to bus station. Hotel is very clean and services is excellent. Will book again and recommend friends who are going in December to book too.
