"When I checked in and went to my room, I heard a man's voice from inside. I nervously knocked, and a hotel staff member came out. It seemed like he was doing some office work, but he only offered a light apology, saying "Sorry about that." I was also flustered and just let it go with an "Oh, I see..." I really think they shouldn't be doing anything in a room that's scheduled to be occupied that night. It was very unsettling. The room itself was very spacious, and the bathroom facilities were clean and comfortable! The path from Susukino Station is a bit uneven, so it's a bit tough if you have a carry-on suitcase, but I'd say it's acceptable."

"Premier Hotel Tsubaki Sapporo The lobby is grand and impressive, and the staff are impeccably dressed, polite, and very friendly. The room comfort wasn't as good as I'd imagined, even though the bed was of good quality, leading to a great night's sleep, and the room itself was quite spacious. The combined wet and dry toilet and shower area was a bit inconvenient. The shampoo, conditioner, and body cleanser were all in tiny bottles, which was very impractical, and there was no body lotion. The breakfast selection was quite extensive and delicious, with plenty of options for children. Despite the number of guests, the staff were quick to seat everyone, which was a plus. Those who arrived late, however, had to wait for a table outside. For such a large hotel, it was a bit surprising that there was no self-service laundry facility. The best part is that the airport bus from CTS airport drops you off right at the hotel, and the bus stop for the airport is just across the street. This is incredibly convenient, and the bus services are frequent, which is fantastic. It costs 1500 yen for adults, and the journey takes about 1.5 hours. If you have any questions, you can ask the hotel front desk staff, who are all very friendly and helpful. ❤️"

"Our room didn't include access to the large public bath, so we paid extra to use it. They did have free ice cream, which was a nice touch. Honestly, paying once was enough; it wasn't particularly big. I have to mention, the transportation is incredibly convenient. Getting to all the attractions by subway or taxi was a breeze. Plus, you can find anything you need right downstairs. The night view from our room was absolutely stunning, so that saved us a trip to a bar. Breakfast was a choice between a set menu and a buffet. The buffet had a queue, so it's best to plan your morning accordingly."

"I just returned to Shanghai yesterday, and today I'm actively recommending this hotel! It's a fantastic hotel with excellent facilities, warm service, and delicious breakfast. There are two breakfast options: a set menu on the 22nd floor with a great view, and a buffet on the first floor. I stayed for two days and tried both – they were both excellent. The location is great, less than a 10-minute walk from the JR station. The room space is good and well-designed; it could easily fit three large suitcases. There's even a luggage scale in the lobby. Considering the price, this is the most balanced and comprehensive hotel I've stayed at in Japan, bar none."
