"Good location. We were upgraded to a bigger room since the initially assigned room had a lingering cigarette smell. The new room was a suite good for 4 people (we are only 3) with bathtub, shampoo, conditioner, body/face/hand wash, towels, sleepwear, hair dryer, and tea. You can get bath salt near the front desk area for a perfect soak in the bath tub to suit your tired muscles. Comb, razor, and cotton with buds are also available near the front desk area. No parking available in front of the hotel but you may ask the front desk of discounted parking area. We paid 1,300 yen per day in advance at the hotel's front desk and we were given a parking ticket for our entire stay. Parking is around 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Breakfast spread is the same everyday. If you are allergic to cigarette smell, this hotel is not for you as hotel room corridors have lingering cigarette smell."

"There were many families with kids in the hotel enjoying the stay and the onsen. The room is quite clean and of good size but the bathroom is a bit too tiny. "We really enjoyed our stay at FAV LUV Sapporo. The price was very reasonable for the size of the hotel in Sapporo. The room was spacious and comfortable which feels like home. It’s so roomy that it can easily fit at least three luggages. The bathing area is also very spacious. Most importantly, the room includes a microwave and a washing machine, which are especially convenient for long stays. The staff we met were all very friendly, including the room cleaning staff. The only downside is that it’s a bit far from the train station—about 15 minutes on foot, and up to 20 minutes if you’re carrying luggage. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel."

"First off, the environment was great, and the facilities felt like a proper hotel. The deluxe single capsule space was also very comfortable. However, my room key, which was in its holder, went missing from my bed! When I went to check out after freshening up, I found the key holder empty. I retraced my steps for dozens of meters, but couldn't find it anywhere. I strongly suspect someone stole it when I went to freshen up and didn't close my curtain... Even though I've stayed in many hostels, I've never had anything stolen before... This card seems to be for accessing floors and the main door, not specific bed numbers, so everyone, please be careful with your personal belongings. Then, it was already checkout time, and I was charged 2000 yen for the lost card. The most frustrating part was when I came back to pick up my luggage. I was sitting at the counter next to the front desk for a few minutes waiting for someone, and then a middle-aged lady from the front desk specifically came over to tell me that after checking out, I wasn't allowed to sit in any of the public areas... I was practically kicked out, and my impression of the place instantly soured."

"Location-wise, this hotel is perfectly situated within a shopping mall in downtown Sapporo. Downstairs, you'll find plenty of dining options, shops, and convenience stores, all super handy. Attractions like Tanukikoji Shopping Street are also within walking distance. The hotel reception is on the 7th floor of the mall. As it's in the city center, you do hear some street noise at night, including police cars and ambulances, but with earplugs, it barely affects your sleep. They offer a triple room (which includes an extra small bed by default) that's great for families of three. This time, we stayed on the 17th-floor premium level, and the room was quite spacious. Breakfast ends a bit early (before 10 AM); we stayed for six days and didn't make it to breakfast once... For guests who love to sleep in, there's really no need to book breakfast. The hotel's service is excellent; almost every time we requested something to be sent to the room, it arrived promptly. Housekeeping was also very thorough every day."

Right next door, there's a Chinese restaurant with a big red sign that's very easy to spot. 2. "The breakfast view with the snow falling was beautiful, and we enjoyed a leisurely meal. The location is also very convenient; even on a snowy day, it only takes 2 minutes to get to the underground passage, which connects everywhere. Walking to Boyeo only takes about 15 minutes. The airport bus stop is also just a few minutes' walk away. Plus, it's one of the first few stops to the airport, so you won't have to deal with long queues or potentially not getting a seat like those staying in Boyeo."
