Overall cleanliness and distance from the train station is perfect."

"Location is immaculate - right in the heart of the onsen town where there are many other similar onsen hotels around and a community of guests, local residents and staff, so English is well spoken in general. We also happened to experience a local lantern lighting festival (ie. Like Tangled the Disney movie) where the town come together and provide you with a map to explore local spots and have the path lit up with lanterns - a pretty cool experience! Hotel is a little old and with the humidity of onsen facilities, therefore a little moldy at times, but I wouldn’t consider it not well-maintained/unclean. Facilities are great, lots of different types of onsen to try out and the hotel tries to keep you well-fed at all times with a lounge full of snacks and drinks, and stay-included dinners and breakfasts."

"This was the first time my daughter and I stayed at this hotel. It was a 40-minute ride on the hotel's free shuttle bus from Sapporo Station, which wasn't too far and was just the right distance. The hotel is located on vast grounds, and although our twin room was very spacious, we were very satisfied. I was surprised to see a TV installed in the bathroom in our room! It was the first time I'd seen one in any hotel I've stayed in. I was really excited. Also, on the way back, the 10am shuttle bus was full and we couldn't get on, but they kindly provided another one just for the two of us, which we were very grateful for. The driver was also kind enough to tell us to take our time since there were only two of us. I would definitely like to stay here again."

"This place is great for a family of four! My parents wanted to try a public bath during our trip to Japan, so I booked this hotel. They said they had the bath all to themselves every time they used it in the morning and evening, which was super convenient. 👍 For breakfast, you can choose from a few options, but I personally recommend the French toast! It was also really handy that each of the four beds had its own charging port. The only minor downside is that it's a bit far from the city center, but it's definitely still walkable!"

We also booked a private onsen, which wasn't expensive at around 100 RMB for an hour, but it was a bit small and didn't look very clean. Breakfast was quite substantial, but some of the dinner set menus were just okay. I actually wouldn't recommend booking dinner; it's better to just order à la carte from the restaurant."

"The good thing is it's close to the station and not too hard to find. However, the check-in system was very difficult to use and kept having issues. They don't provide slippers, and there's no washing machine, which is a shame, especially since there are no laundromats nearby either."

"The airport limousine bus stop is conveniently located right in front of the hotel, making travel to and from the airport very easy. The room is compact in typical Japanese style, but it doesn’t feel cramped. There is enough space to store suitcases underneath the bed, which is very convenient. The room is very clean. Housekeeping is provided daily, and the bath towels, face towels, and bath mats are replaced every day. The complimentary cream provided by the hotel was excellent and had a wonderful fragrance. I was especially impressed with the breakfast. It was delicious, and the menu changed daily, offering a nice variety throughout my stay. The front office staff were extremely helpful and provided excellent assistance whenever needed. The restaurant staff were also very attentive, friendly, and provided excellent service"

"My first trip to Sapporo was made truly amazing by staying at this hotel. The location is flawless—easily accessible from Exit 8 or 10 of the Sapporo Underground Walkway, which connects directly to the Namboku Line Sapporo Station. This makes commuting effortless even during rainy or snowy weather. The hotel’s exterior and lobby are elegantly designed, but the most captivating feature is its view—it directly faces the "Former Hokkaido Government Office," and the scenery is as picturesque as a painting. The room was incredibly spacious; even with three large suitcases fully opened, there was still plenty of room to move around comfortably. As for the facilities and dining: the breakfast on the 2nd floor offers a lavish spread of seafood delicacies full of Hokkaido’s local flavors. The public bath is also spacious, featuring both hot and cold pools as well as a sauna, which was perfect for relieving travel fatigue. Toiletries are provided in the lobby on the 1st floor for guests to pick up as needed. Overall, this hotel offers a perfect balance between strategic location and high-quality accommodation. I highly recommend it for both business and leisure travelers!"
