Location is perfect if you are looking for a hotel near sapporo train station. It's just 3 minutes walk so very convenient. There are combini nearby (7-eleven and lawson). They clean my room every day. Change towels, empty the trash bins which is really good. The room size is bigger than tokyo. I just feel they can improve on food. I stayed for 4 days and the breakfast is the same menu every single day, nothing new on each day. Also, while they provide free coffee there's no bottled water given. Initially when I asked the receptionist, I was told I can drink from a cup on the 2nd floor (where food is being served and so as the free coffee) however on my 2nd night I went to the "pantry" to get a water and there's none, when I went to the receptionist and ask, I was told to drink from the bathroom faucet.

The hotel is clean and tidy. Walk 3 minutes to nearest convenience 24 hrs shops to buy food and drinks.
It is close to JR station and bus stop for site viewing with group tour.

Just 3 mins walk from JR Station. It's really helpful because walking during snowing time 3 min vs 10mins makes a difference (although underground walk is available but we can't find the entrance.) So this is a good choice for us as we wil leaving to otaru from sapporo station the next day. Beside the hotel there is 711 where 7bank a** is available.
Room wise, for 20m2 twin bed we have the space to open 2 large luggage (28inch). Tis is important as a number of 3-4 stars hotel in sapporo has room size of 13 to 18m2 which I assume is difficult to open up 2 large luggage inside the room.
Bathroom n toilet are separated.
The biggest surprise is the breakfast, very complete with local hokkaido breakfast, dessert and western breakfast. Dairy products are superb. We are so satisfied with the breakfast.

just 5 minutes walk to the sapporo station to access to other part of hokkaido. room is clean and spacious. bathroom and toilet are clean. lift available. check in and out is very easy with the help of the friendly staffs.

5 mins walk from JR station, it's very convenient for travellers who want to take JR during the trip. Rooms sparkling clean, consider spacious for 2 adults 1 kid. Nearby with many convenient stores & delicious soup curry with walking distance. We mainly take taxi to Susukino area due to winter weather.

Surprisedly much better than expected. New hotel, near Sapporo JR station, spacious and wonderful service. Free facial products which you can collect from lobby, this is very helpful for ladies. Would definitely stay again if coming back to Sapporo.

Nice location
Great value with large room compare to the biggest chain business hotel group.
Room with enough space and large table.
New room and amenities.
Great and efficient staff checked me in with a very short time since we arriving at 2300pm.
