"This hotel its an iconic building of Rizhao and it should not change at all. The place has history, a 70s feel as it was at that time and what was the trends then. It's like travel back in time. All the small new details in today hotels are missing but I think knowing this before hand is good. Nobody mentioned that and they shoud if possible ask, as I was disappointed that my views were not to the sea side. However the other side has the sunset benefit. Also take with you an extention cable as the plugs for the chargers are not next to the bed but the opposite side. (That's really annoying). Matrass are really fron the 70s. ,Anyway staff was really friendly and they even surprised me with a snack in the afternoon. Thanks God I was doing nothing wrong when the guy appeared. The breakfast place is really 70s chick, I hope they don't change it. Also take coffe with you as their coffe is the worst I had on my life. It was some grey powlder that you add water to. Anyway worth the experienxe as the Chunking mansions in Hongkong."

"We got the room on the 31st floor. The view was very beautiful, it was fun to wake up like this in the morning. The apartment has a kitchen with a refrigerator and it was very convenient for us to cook and enjoy the food. In front of the building is the large mall, which is very convenient for those who like to shop. The apartment is in a central location with bus stops and interesting things around."

"Приехали с друзьями на неделю в Жичжао на майские. Нашли неплохой вариант апартаментов. В квартире достаточно чисто, есть балкончик, небольшая ванная с душевой и две комнаты с кроватями. Местоположение дома удобное, в 10-15 минутах от моря на скутерах, столько же времени занимало доехать до близлежащего тц. Изначально мы немного потерялись, но хозяева связались с нами, довезли и рассказали о городе и его основных достопримечательностях. Очень приятные люди, держали с нами контакт и приносили расходники, если те были необходимы. Очень приятные и общительные люди. Отличный опыт, отличный город, особенно в период праздников (оказался достаточно размеренный и спокойный). Надеемся вернуться сюда снова!"

"接上條，如果你住這個酒店 怎麼玩？舉個栗子：我一家2長者 2孩子 2成人。追求性價比的。你就選這個酒店，別選主樓。預算多就選主樓哈。主樓肯定舒服，酒店出門就是太公島 你睡醒起來，給孩子換上泳衣，抹上防曬帶個帽子，帶上泳圈，帶個防潮墊子，外賣點上咖啡送到酒店。然後你就往海邊去。 到了海邊你就租一把傘送你四個凳子（100元2個小時，200元不限時，然後可以隨意選你喜歡的位置放那。然後你就把孩子撒開。幾個大人輪流看管。其他人就曬曬太陽，坐着看看海聽聽歌！ 中午你就回酒店先洗洗孩子，再點個外賣。吃完睡一個長長的午覺，睡醒去便民餃子館喝個豆腐海兔子湯，或者蒸鍋海鮮，搞個涼菜！晚上帶上頭燈孩子去隨便玩玩，海邊散散步遛個彎回去睡覺。 大家隨意參個考！祝大家都暑期愉快！"
