I was woken up by someone outside the door at around 4 o'clock and couldn't fall asleep."

"I've always wanted to visit Seda, but I was always worried about accommodation. However, Ten Rooms absolutely exceeded my expectations. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the owners were warm and friendly. I especially loved the restaurant design on the fourth floor – it felt upscale and trendy, offering a 360-degree view of Ganzi County. For breakfast, the proprietress personally made oatmeal porridge and sandwiches, along with freshly ground coffee. If the owners have time, you can even go mushroom picking with them, or visit a pasture. Even for the Wuming Buddhist Academy, the owners would provide an in-depth and authentic travel route."
Sertar Zhuri Grand Hotel (Jinma Plaza)
"This hotel was incredibly frustrating. First, there was no air conditioning, and with temperatures in Seda reaching over 30 degrees Celsius these past few days, it was unbearably hot. Second, the hotel elevator was located between two floors, forcing guests with a lot of luggage to carry it up and down themselves, which is especially problematic for those driving through Western Sichuan. Third, the staff's attitude was terrible. We booked a mountain retreat, but they gave us a room facing the street instead. No one offered to help us carry our luggage to the elevator, and they even gave us the cold shoulder. Fourth, there was no toilet paper in the room; we only had two or three sheets left. The bottled water provided was already opened, so we didn't dare drink it. Fifth, they required a deposit for check-in, and it wasn't refundable. Crucially, they only refunded the deposit via WeChat after a room check, which was ridiculous since there was nothing usable in the room. Sixth, the signal in the room was extremely weak; there was no internet or Wi-Fi, so we couldn't make calls. Seventh, when we checked out the next morning, the new sheets and blankets were simply left on the floor outside the door – the hygiene was appalling. The eighth window cannot be locked from the inside, so I do not recommend staying there."

"The room was spacious, but the bathroom was extremely small. It had a separate wet and dry area, but the shower area was too tiny, less than one square meter. In a family room, it was impossible to bathe with a child. The shower's hot and cold water indicators were upside down, and the water wouldn't heat up even after running for a long time. The bedside lamp was poorly designed, very low, and the light hit my head. The inner seals on the shampoo and body wash bottles were impossible to tear open; I had to use the pointed end of a toothpaste tube to pry them open, which was extremely difficult. Also, the bathroom had a mat, so the water barely drained, almost turning it into a bathtub; I had to remove it. There was no heating, making showering very cold in August. Additionally, the walls were made of cement. The soundproofing was poor; I was woken up by other guests in the middle of the night. Overall, the experience was terrible. The owner, however, was quite nice."
