I am international student in Xi'an and i visited Shanghai for 3 days. My staying during my traveling in this hotel was perfect! I truly recommend this hotel for everyone, who visits Shanghai for traveling and business trip, but location for the tourist a little bit far from centre, but you can use metro or taxi. I guess, this hotel is new, because everything seems like new. Smart toilet, AC, beds, sheets everything was clean and staying in the hotel was convenient. Special thanks for the aunt on reception. Staff is very kind and always ready for help, specially for foreigners. Thank you!

The Frontdesk helps to upgrade to the business room with window ! Appreciate for the help. Except the small room size, overall condition is good. There is coffee machine at the lobby, which you can make a good coffee before leaving

房間不錯用品都很乾凈，前台服務特別好！小姑娘一個個素質都很高，並且有求必應！我家孩子把快遞郵寄地址定位錯了，本想郵寄到酒店樓下，結果沒定準郵寄到別處了，前台工作人員（忘記請教名字了）很熱情的陪我去找快遞聯繫快遞員，直到找回快遞。在這裏我再次表示感謝！孩子在那邊上學，以後會經常去上海，住宿就她家了……

Everything overall was fine, but our room was incredibly filthy. The floor was audibly sticky, especially in the loft. I opened the bedside drawer and it left something sticky on my fingers. The toilet paper was also inexplicably damp. Our friends stayed in the same place and didn’t have the same problem, so it’s probably just an unfortunate oversight.

入住很快，房間也比較舒適，環境也不錯，房間乾淨，前台態度熱情。酒店服務非常好，很熱情，服務態度特別棒，房間衞生很乾凈，整體還是十分舒適的。酒店乾淨寬敞明亮，設施方便，服務好的沒話説，熱情效率高，基本有求必應，主要是房價實惠，停車免費，住的很滿意！非常好，環境很漂亮，房間裏面非常乾淨，酒店前台很熱情，服務周到。這家酒店房間很寬敬，房型也很舒服，舒適，很安逸，隔音效果不錯，前台態度熱情 下次還會再來。

來三林玩，選擇瞭如家旗下的酒店，連鎖比較讓人放心，一到前台，工作人員就非常熱情的接待問是有預訂嗎，然後我們説有就給我們辦理入住了，當中因為我們挺熱的，前台就遞上了紙巾並問我們需要水不，服務很貼心，給前台點贊，然後我們到三樓客房，阿姨又幫我指房間，省去了我們找房間的時間，到了房間之後，感覺床品都是新的，房間也很乾凈，而且前台還給我們升級了一個有窗的房間，洗澡水很大，洗完去洗衣服洗衣機不會操作，他們店長還耐心教我怎麼操作，還説洗完可以幫我們晾好，真是愉快的一次住宿經歷，酒店交通便利，旁邊餐飲商超都很便利！

Room is of reasonable size. Many eateries downstairs, very convenient. Shopping malls opposite add to the convenience. Walking distance to train station. Good location, worth staying.

The shower got flooded a few times. The cleaning people way you up early in the morning. There’s a mall next to the hotel, many convenience stores, the subway is not too far away. It’s a good price, but not the best hotel in town. If you don’t speak Chinese they will use an online translator to help you out. The room wasn’t too big.

幫朋友訂房，離我這很近。旁邊就有很多吃飯的地方、方便快捷，房間都是一次性杯子用着方便安全。很乾凈衞生。前台服務很熱情。挺好的
