Repeat visit for work trip. Hotel is older but well maintained and comfortable. As the hotel buioding is ”triangle shape”, I have requested for a regular squarish shape room and have my delivered parcel put in my room before arrival. The hotel staff made all the arrangement and my check in was smooth.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and would gladly recommend it to both leisure and business travelers. From the moment I arrived, the overall atmosphere felt welcoming and well organized. Despite the central location, the hotel felt calm and quiet, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, this hotel delivers a great balance of comfort, service, and value. The staff’s hospitality, combined with the clean rooms and convenient location, made the stay truly enjoyable. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would confidently recommend it to others looking for a reliable and comfortable place to stay.

Everything was great from check-in to check-out. The front desk were very professional and the cleanliness of my room was outstanding. When I need to stay in this area of Shanghai again, I will definitely choose the Four Points.

Location, room comfort, hotel condition I chose the this hotel for its location.my late check-in and 3 nights stay was a very pleasant experience: comfortable bed and pillows, courteous and helpful staff, clean and generous sized room, plus professional service, efficiency and tranquility for business travel. Recommended!

I cannot book the shuttle bus to Legoland because I arrived in the afternoon, which was rather disappointed. Otherwise, the hotel is nice and clean and suitable for families with young kids. It takes around rmb40 to go to Legoland.
