It’s the perfect hotel on your last leg of Shanghai trip, a day or two before flying out of Pudong Airport. Why? If you are planning to take the Maglev train to PVG, Longyang Maglev Station is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Staff were very attentive, Rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable. We loved the breakfast selections too!

Booked 2 rooms and the space was enough, maybe could fit 3 small adults (tight for 1 double bed). The bed and pillows are comfortable. The room had its own table, tv, electrical plugs (including USB) and the usual personal amenities. Bathroom/toilet with heated toilet seats and free shower gel and shampoo (no conditioner). The room gives a luxurious vibe but on a budget! The free buffet—scrumptious and (for me) lots of choices for breakfast. I am guessing it is a typical healthy Chinese breakfast- not much meat to partner the fried rice (but abundant ham in it-my kid loved it), vegetables viand, dumplings, egg, etc. The receptionists are very accommodating and nice. We arrived 8pm but there was a chinese restaurant open until midnight beside it. It is only a short taxi ride to the bund, definitely walkable if you have the time. Overall great stay and will definitely stay again!

Clean and modern, with great service. The receptionists are attentive, very helpful and speak English. Room amenities are available if you ask (e.g. toothbrushes, shower caps etc.). Travelling as a couple, it was perfect for our 1 day layover. The room had air con, international sockets (no adapters needed!) with USB-A charging outlets built in. The shower room was a bit small though, and the shower cubicle/tray itself could have been bigger. Overall, very good for the price. There's a steamed bun place next door as well as a convenience store. We took a DiDi to the hotel instead of walking from the metro, so can't comment on the walking distance.

This hotel is very good for late flight and early flight due to is very close to airport. The hotel has airport pick up and drop off service, it may have some difficult because you need to call the hotel yourself and hotel staff speak Chinese only. For me i had add the hotel wechat and told them to chat wechat by phone.

Overall the hotel room is very clean and it was a good experience staying there. I like the minimalist design and the shade of colour and find that this hotel is very comfortable for me. Good points: Very clean. Location is central and it is located in the heart of Shanghai must-visit attractions. Many food options to select from around the area within walking distance. Customer service is superb. The hotel front desk staff are all very helpful and willing to help, they even helped me to ensure that my Didi location is accurate. There are complimentary tea and coffee at the entrance area as well. I would say this is worth the price, comparing to another hotel which is more expensive than this. They have good security also. Rooms for improvement: The hotel does not have a lobby area to load/unload luggage, hence you will have to cross the road to hail a cab or book DiDi, can be inconvenient especially when you are lugging your luggage. The sink area is outside of the toilet, hence you have to be careful while brushing or washing stuffs but generally not a huge concern for us.

Absolutely superb location with warm and thoughtful hospitality! The hotel is perfectly situated within easy walking distance to The Bund and Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, making sightseeing incredibly convenient. The kids were delighted with the welcome gifts, which added a lovely and memorable touch to our stay. Breakfast was never a concern — just step out of the hotel and you’ll find plenty of authentic local breakfast options nearby. A truly enjoyable and comfortable stay, highly recommended! 地理位置真的非常棒，服务热情又贴心！步行就能轻松到达外滩和南京路步行街，出行和游玩都非常方便。酒店还贴心地为孩子们准备了入住小礼物，让入住体验更加温馨又难忘。早餐完全不用担心，走出酒店没几步就能找到地道又美味的本地早餐。整体入住体验非常愉快，强烈推荐！

The hotel’s location is excellent — near exits 1, 2, and 3. I chose this hotel because it’s on Metro Line 2, which is convenient for getting to PVG Airport. The hotel is easy to find; it’s on the 7th floor of the building that has a Luckin Coffee shop. There’s an elevator operating 24/7 with a security guard stationed there at all times. You can store your luggage for free at the hotel after check-out. The staff don’t speak English, but using a translation app works perfectly fine. The staff are polite and provide good service. The room is clean, though it felt a bit stuffy at first—probably because it’s a room without windows exposed to sunlight. However, the hotel had already turned on the air conditioning, which helped. If a room with natural light is available, you can ask the staff to change it for you. There seems to be only one power outlet in the room. The internet is a bit slow but still usable. If you plan to have the buffet at Dongshen, the restaurant is in the Mosaic building on the 5th floor, directly across from the hotel. I recommend going to get a queue number about an hour before you get hungry. โรงแรมทำเลดีมากค่ะ exit 1,2,3 ใกล้หมด เลือกโรงแรมนี้เพราะอยู่ metro line 2 สะดวกสำหรับไปสนามบิน PVG โรงแรมหาไม่ยากค่ะ อยู่ชั้น 7 ของตึกที่มีร้าน luckin coffee. มีลิฟท์ขึ้นลง 24/7 มียามหน้าลิฟท์ตลอด ฝากกระเป๋ากับโรงแรมฟรีค่ะหลังเช็คเอาท์แล้ว พนักงานพูดอังกฤษไม่ได้ ใช้ app แปลภาษาไม่มีปัญหาค่ะ พนักงานบริการดี สุภาพ ห้องสะอาด อาจจะอับนิดหน่อยตอนเข้ามาใหม่ๆ คงเป็นเพราะได้ห้องที่ไม่มีหน้าต่างโดนแดดได้ โรงแรมก้อเปิดแอร์รอไว้เลย ปลั๊กในห้องรู้สึกจะมีที่เดียว อินเตอร์เน็ทช้าไปหน่อยแต่ก็ใช้ได้ ใครจะมาทาน buffet ที่ dongshen ร้านอยู่ที่ตึก Mosaic ชั้น 5 ตรงข้ามตึกของโรงแรมเลยค่ะ แนะนำให้ไปรอรับคิวก่อนหิวสัก 1 ชั่วโมง

Excellent hotel with friendly staff and delicious breakfast each morning! We were able to check out a little later than usual which was allowed. Will return to stay here in the future.
