Home Inn Plus (Shanghai Xintiandi Lujiabang Road Metro Station)

We booked the family room for a week. Big and comfortable room. Come with a xiaodu smart system, can switch off the light and tv with voice command. My son enjoyed playing with it.

the location is very good. it is near train station and shopping mall. room is a bit small but it is very clean.

Really appreciate hotel allow me to check in wee hours in the morning on wet and cold day! Nice warm cozy room and warm toilet seat. Free laundry wash and dry and free flow of coffee really very ideal stay! Good job!

Stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and was not disappointed. 24 hour front desk, great breakfast buffet, friendly check in staff, free laundry and great gym. Rooms and hotel was also well rennovated. Pillow have both hard and soft pillow provided. Hotel is 2 minute bike from 2 different train stations and has many malls nearby.

Big and clean

Newly renovated hotel ,clean room . The bed mattress was comfortable and not very hard. Only few minutes far from xintiandi.

In general, staff don’t speak and read English, even basic words for hospitality industry. When I first showed my booking to receptionist to check in, she didn’t check at all and told me to ask customer service in Trip. I guess she didn’t understand the booking I had shown her. So highly recommend to show chinese version of your booking to smooth check-in process. Except language barrier, everything (facilities, staff attitute, cleaness,…) is almost perfect.

It was my first time staying at Home Inn Plus, my family and I loved the stay and the experience of the hotel. The hotel was apparently also newly renovated this year so the environment and amenities were all new and very clean. I also want to commend the front desk and the housekeepers whom were all very friendly to us during the stay. I also saw takeaways getting delivered by little robots that apparently will take them straight to your room. There were free refreshments at the lobby when we checked in. They also provided a laundry room and gym as well. There are a few restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Not sure about the metro though because we just wanted to rest for the night. They had a good selection of food for breakfast but mainly Chinese. All were good and delicious! Would come back to stay again :)
