Location is convenient and a short walk away from the metro station and other places. 24h friendly front desk who you can find to help with any issues. Room is spacious and amenities are sufficient for a basic level of stay, and able to store luggage after you check out.
However, the soundproofing of the rooms is not the best but is value for money. Breakfast options may also not have the greatest variety but there are different categories.

Simple hotel but with all the necessities you need for a short stay.
Love both the receptionist. Young, energetic, friendly and approachable
Gave good suggestions and super helpful.
Love this cute robot too.

Clean, affordable and well located hotel with a comfy bed. Staff do not speak English (understandably) and our room smelled of cigarettes.

Room was a bit old, but clean. The laundry facilities were great, and it even has a dryer. The ladies downstairs were extremely helpful and went above and beyond during my stay, even if I came to them with requests that were a bit odd. The only thing I would note is that the stairwell often smelled of cigarette smoke.

Very affordable price, im very satisfied with the service there, the staffs are so friendly and helpful , feels like staying in my own home , they have free laundry and dryer as well. Clean hotel and very comfy, definitely coming back to this hotel again

Staff super friendly willing to help and do the check in process fast and well. The room size is ok, not so big but clean. The location is awesome. Recommended.

Great hotel for exploring Shanghai. The location is greatly good and you can find a lot restaurants and cafes around.
