Counter staff is very friendly, hotel offer free supper too. Hotel is clean and spacious. There are many malls nearby. Highly recommended!

When i booked the hotel, i did not expect the location to be so accessible. Located in xu jia hui (徐家汇), there are multiple malls and a train station located about 250m away.
The staff at the hotel were amazingly kind and friendly. They taught my mother and i how to take the public transport around the city and to su zhou. The room was also clean and i had the best sleep ever. Breakfast is also available in the morning with a international and local spread.

Asked to not be on the first floor but was told that’s all they had. The room stayed very cold even without the air on and the water stayed very hot even when it was turned to cold. It was a confusing room but the location is perfect for what I needed to do.

been here in shanghai for almost 4 days and the hotel i stayed is incredibly clean and the staffs here are very friendly too! i would recommend those who are travelling here to stay here!

The room provided has technical issue, making me thought there's another being in the room. Midnight, the light suddenly on itself. Had electrician to cut out the circuit and but when he left, the switch beside the door start to flash along with clicking sound, like someone playing with it. The electrician came again. He looked shock when the light at the mirror flashes while he was trying to fix the electric, saying he already closes it. Anyway they finally allow to change room after few fixes. Praises to the reception lady at midnight. I had joy chatting with her throughout the night and she's rly sweet.

It was a business trip, I choose the citgo hotel. I think there was convenient near the subway station.

The location wise so convenient and all staff are super nice and friendly, i arrived quiet early however they give me early check in ( so thoughtful ) ! With the price given for this hotel i dont have any complaints. Will stay there again in future
