Junlai Hotel (Shanghai Pudong AirportOriginal Wanxini Hotel)

It's a very disappointed experience. The bus driver is insane and i am really regret to take that bus. 很糟糕!

The dirtiest room I ever had. Cigarette bud in the shower, no hot water (it was about room temperature, really chilly in winter). Looks like there was water leaking and the ceiling is about to cone off… I don’t recommend it

Absolutely fantastic stay! The hotel staff was incredibly attentive and made me feel right at home. The room was spacious, modern, and meticulously clean. The breakfast selection was impressive, catering to various dietary needs. Overall, a superb experience. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!

This hotel is great for the price. It was clean enough the beds were super comfortable and they have a 24 hour front desk

Booked short notice when another hotel fell through. Was booked and in the room within 15 minutes. The staff were really nice and offered free shuttle service but decided not to take it since it was pretty full. The beds were comfortable and we had a really good sleep after a long day of traveling. No mini fridge, but that's just nitpicking. Good place to stay👌

Decent location (20¥ didi from pvg) with shuttle service provided free of charge Room was clean and did not smell of smoke. soap/toothbrush/toothpaste/bottled water were provided Check in/out was easy, just needed to hand over passport for checkin (no Chinese required). Did not try the meal service

Good location. Quite dirty and smell a third hand cigarette everywhere. Just good thing is near the airport so doesn’t expect much for any convenience. There is old village next to the hotel. Many street food and various Of Chinese street food.

On arrival, it looks quite dark and hidden, and its reception is not welcoming. The carpets are too old and the elevator looks mounted like a structure that has been unattended for sometime. However, the room was well kept,neat and depicts orderliness. My booking did not include breakfast and I did not have to place any orders for meals.

Pretty fast check-in and check-out with some English speaking staff, which is excellent. Airport drop-off service is availablr every hour on the morning time, and the road takes around 30 mins, give or take. However, using the service with large or heavy luggage isn't comfortable enough, as the only one place you can put the luggage is a bus cabin. Speaking of cleanliness and interior, the hotel is a bit old, but in general clean. The carpet in the room was dirty, but bedding and towels were clean and white. Also, the hotel provided us with toothbrushes, water, kettle and etc. Location is pretty good, as right near the hotel there are various restaurants with both Chinese cuisine and fast-food. In total, the hotel is a good place for one night stay before flight and worths money paid
