Fairmont Peace Hotel

Fabulous hotel. Beautiful rooms and wonderful service. Michael was great and helped me to make reservations for the Jazz bar and the terrace bar. It was our anniversary, and George in the terrace bar was fantastic. He brought us to the sassoon balcony for photos and later presented us with one of the photos in a frame.We also had a fascinating hotel tour, lead by the charming Vivi. The gold lounge was very comfortable and the food tasty. Can't wait to return.

The room is excellent at a very good location. I wish the windows are bigger to have better view of the bund.

Really amazing hotel. Service was outstanding. The bed was very comfortable and there were more than sufficient amenities. The only reason I clicked 4/5 on the cleanliness was because there were one or two stains on the curtains but otherwise it was perfect. At breakfast they were very helpful in making sure I had enough vegetarian food.

The best cosy place to spend time in Shanghai,with your love one or alone by yourself. 😊 unique grand design, beautiful building , love it. Never have enough of this place. 😊 The hotel is located in the centre of the attractions place, you can walk to every main attractions of Shanghai😊 . less than one hundred meter to the iconic view of Shanghai. 😊 good variety of tasty foods provided in the hotel. The Staffs are friendly and helpful. 100 out of 100 . Best hotel ever 🥰

From the start, we were made to feel welcome! Excellent service levels, great breakfast and a room of old world charm yet with all modern amenities! Great location but pity the Jazz Bar entrance fee was a bit too high, especially for guests staying at the hotel. Would definitely return!

Great experience in all means. Very good and helpful service, the stuff are super responsive and helpful. The rooms are perfect very clean and well equiped. We had to change the room, the team was very helpful and helped us changing in no time. Jazz bar night was nice, the band was awesome. Drinks at the bar are not the best, but Okay no problem in that at all. I loved my stay there and for sure I will do it again and again. I highly recommend

The hotel is famous and historical, but the facilities such as beds have upgraded. We enjoy the afternoon tea at the Club Lounge free offered by the hotel. Trip.com offered around CNY 3,000 including daily breakfast and Club Lounge is a great value! This discount may not be available when booking on other websites.

You will stay in a hotel where wveryone is taking a picture of. Excellent hotel with rich history. Everything is outstanding from service to food. You night want to take the chance to upgrade to hotel room with street view and Club lounge access. Special thanks to Terence whose caring made us feel very welcome and to Martin who took special care of us during the brunch which was very special. Definitely come back.

It is an excellent hotel with superb service. It locates in the centre of buying souvenir easy. Also a perfect view to the river.
