We came late at night. The reception was open, the receptionist was there, polite and helpful.
The room was nice, clean and spacious. We had to hurry in the morning so we didn't taste the breakfast but we had it included in the price. The Hongqiao airport and railway station are close to the hotel.
We recommend the Hanting Hotel for couples and business travelers. Very good value for money.

The place was really and nice. I loved. The rooms were big and spacious. I would definitely recommend it to someone else.

Food was good. The location did not work for me because it was near to the train station but very far from the main attractions in Shanghai. It was also not walkable to the train station. The cleanliness was fine. Service staff were very attentive.

Near to perfection. I got a larger room at a discount price. The zone is a little remote tho. So, food delivery always. Accept foreigners. I stayed 2 night

My experience was average as a foreigner. Breakfast is served from 7-10am but there was never enough hot food for everyone. If you came down after 9:15 there was hardly anything left and nobody refilled anything.
My breakfast was supposed to be free and yet I was charged for one of the days. I mentioned this to a staff member but it was never resolved.
Also the only western part of breakfast was the toast.

We arrived there very late as a group of friends 3. Reception was very welcoming and good to accommodate our demands. Room were clean. We had breakfast in the morning. More of a Chinese style but was very yummy. It's good if you travel through Shanghai hongqiao station as we did. A very good overnight stay hotel.

The hotel is great for 1 or 2 nights top, super clean and close to Hongqiao railway station and airport. It is a bit tricky to get there since there are like 3 or 4 of the same hotel chain next to each other and the taxis get lost easily, however the staff is friendly and will guide you.
