Clean dan nice room but far from Metro Station
Don't take the breakfast option better you buy out side
There is a self service laundry but I don't try

We recently stayed at the Hanting Premium Hotel in Shanghai during a business trip and had a positive experience. The hotel's central location, modern amenities, and attentive staff contributed to a comfortable stay. Very convenient location, easy walk to nanjing lu & the bund and taxi to shanghai station only 18RMB. We like the breakfast too. Take taxi to shanghai zoo only 100RMB, the pandas were super cute

Overall an okay hotel, but they didnt clean our rooms but they threw my friends food box, thinking that it was trash.. but didnt empty the trashcan ??? But the customer service was helpful, its just a shame about the food box

After a near fall in the shower, I got an immediate response from management and was put wise to using the shower safely by using ani slip mat etc.
The reception staff did not speak English however with the aid of a translator app they were extremely courteous and helpful especially the two male receptionists on my morning departure. The room was excellent.
I would gladly stay there again.

come shanghai with my family, the hotel location is very perfect! All the staff is very helpful and responsibility. I left my camera in my room after i check out couple of min, they ady packed and placed at then counter waiting for me to go back, love it! 🤍

The hotel is very pleasant, well-located, close to many delicious inexpensive cafes and 7-11. The room was clean, cozy, and had plenty of space. But the water in the shower went badly, there was not enough light and there was no wardrobe

Nice location, only 2 blocks from Nanjing Street, and around 4 blocks from the metro. The room is clean and well organized, just some cigarettes burn marks on the floor and funiture. Service was good, use of a translation app is advised for foreign guests. Breaksfast is a pre prepared warm meal, need to eat it in the room.
