This place is amazing. Very warm welcome. There was a welcome drink and happy hour at the lounge for members. Room was amazing. Shower was impeccable. Fell so rested sleeping here.

It sounds like you had a very comfortable stay at the hotel, which was a wonderful experience. The hotel offered a range of amenities, and the lounge with its free food was great for enjoying some leisure time. The polite and thorough cleaning staff ensured a pleasant daily environment. Moreover, the proximity to the station provided excellent transport convenience. Considering all these aspects, it can be said that this is an outstanding hotel.

Hotel location is excellent. It is well connected to the malls beside the hotel and the Hong Qiao HSR station. Breakfast is superb with many choices of local delicacies.

Big room but no window. Close to HQ train station but inconvenient transport. Welcome happy hour meal was a surprise.

Pros: comfortable, clean and quiet rooms, good enough selection of food for breakfast buffet, convenient location close to Hongqiao Railway Station and airport and Hongqiao Hub.
Cons: painfully slow check-in service at the front desk each time, personnel at the front desk barely speak English, can never find a reservation in their system. Every time out of three staff members at the front desk only one is trained enough to work independently, others just standing around.

Rex has been really kind and helpful. 10 minutes to Hongqiao Railway Station by walk. Perfect stay in Shanghai.

5 star hotel, 5 points by five! Everything is excellent , unfortunately don’t have time to taste the breakfast, but the room was really nice, modern equipment, clean and comfortable bed and pillows. I like the fragrance in the hotel. My staying there was a joy, thank you.

Service was great, room was upgraded for free, free coffee was decent. There's a mall 5 mins walk with restaurants and the train station is walking distance. Has no issue getting a Didi with all the luggage.

Close to the train station 😀.
Many places to find your kind of food or drinks, just 5 min walking distance.
Breakfast was really good, a lot of choices. They even served 🍺 if that what you want 😃.
