Perfectly located between Maglev station and Expo site entrance. Couldn't be any better.

The hotel is new designed, the bed is comfortable, the room is quiet. Good customer services, and the welcome drinks and snack are good, will come again. Happy to have coffee machine at room, and the robot deliver my take away food to my room

The hotel staff did not speak English, but it was very clean, the table was very good, with Chinese and European cuisine

Very nice service staff is very friendly despite the language barrier. The location is very convenient if you are planning to go to the Expo nearby. However, my room has a very strong cigarette smell so I have to ask a stop to change a blanket and pillows.

Hotel was very close to SNIEC. Breakfirst was good with varieties. Room is big and clean. Staffs were nice and friendly and very helpful

I had visited this hotel several times, and although a little bit inconvenient to find at first, now its really worth the price. In the area there are many more hotels, but none at this price for a normally worse service. In terms of budget and quality, this hotel makes it perfect.

Booked this hotel as I visited an exhibition at SINEC.
Pros:
Spacious, bright and clean room; high pressure shower head; hand wash smells nice; good room layout with a separate living/working area; good air conditioning to get the room cool quickly
Friendly and helpful staff; offered a bottle of cold water on arrival when outside was soooo HOT, and helped to book taxi when leaving the hotel
Allowed early check in and late check out at 3pm
Baggage storage available after check out
Quick check out process
A small but new shopping mall adjacent to the hotel with Starbucks on the ground level and few local cuisines at B2 level
Approx. 5 mins walk to nearest metro station Longyang Road station exit 9 (close to Line 7)
Cons:
The main entrance not easy to find for the first time - main reception on 5/F so needs to take a lift
Nothing impressive for the paid breakfast buffet - a mixed range of western/German and local cuisines; cold water isn’t available at the time; tried apple juice but it’s tasteless because of the melting ice
Sound proof feature not as good as expected with renovation (?) work conducted on 5/F; a bit noise to close the room door, and some water sound since 6ish in the morning
Tips:
Check which entrance (1, 2 or 3) at SNIEC you’ll need to get into when attending an event there. Take metro line 7 for one stop to Huamu Road station (exit 5) can take you to Main entrance no. 2.
Best to take taxi from Maglev (Longyang Road station) to the hotel if you have baggage and outside is hot!
Take metro line 2 at Longyang Road station will take you to People’s Square in ~35-40 mins without any line change
