Karikatür Sergisine katılmak için iki gece kaldım. Otel Kongre ve Sergi Merkezi'nin 3. Kapısında yer almaktadır. Kongre ve Sergi Merkezinde 21 kapı bulunmaktadır. Araçlar sadece saat yönünde hareket etmektedir. - Otelin girişinden Çizgi Roman Sergisi'nin 10. Kapısı girişine 3 dakikalık bir taksi yolculuğu ile ulaşılabilir. İç geçiş yoktur, dolayısıyla taksi çağırmak çok uygundur. Kapıdaki görevliden check-in ve temizlik personeline kadar her personel çok güler yüzlü ve mükemmel hizmet veriyor. Otelin alt katında iki restoran bulunmaktadır ve ayrıca kapınıza kadar paket servis siparişi verebilirsiniz.

From early checkin to late checkout, the service of Bruce has been professional and prompt. The night performance was impressive and dining at the Chinese and Western restaurants has been excellent. The breakfast spread is extensive and the stay has been peaceful and enjoyable. The hotel facilities best and have tea time and dinner if you are member. Recommend Rosy for the best receptionist to be served.

The level of service was outstanding, from the spotless cleanliness of the rooms to the efficiency of the room service. The breakfast was absolutely magnificent, with a wide variety of high-quality options and impeccable presentation. Every request was handled with care and a genuine smile. What truly made the difference was the extraordinary kindness of the staff. When I needed to check my child’s temperature, they immediately brought a thermometer to our room without hesitation. This small but thoughtful gesture made us feel truly cared for. A place where hospitality is not just a service, but a real value. Highly recommended.

Location very central to shopping and night life (walking distance to INS). The hotel felt like a European villa. The gym was also very nice with decent amount of machines and weights. Hotel breakfast was also amazing.

The service exceeded all expectations. From the moment I checked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and fluent English, making the process seamless. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade to a spacious suite, where floor-to-ceiling windows flooded the space with natural light.

Had a wonderful stay at Intercontinental Hotel ShangHai Harbour City. A very nice gesture by the hotel for upgrading my room to the 3rd floor lake view room with an unblocked view of fireworks happening every Saturday night, really appreciate that. The room is spacious and well-furnished. Service is impeccable as well. The only minus point staying in this hotel is the mediocre breakfast spread. Most of the food tastes average, and some not tasty at all. Not a standard expected out of a 5 stars hotel.
