Location was great! Right opposite the Shanghai Railway Station and there’s an entrance to the Shanghai Metro a few steps from the main entrance. Very convenient if you’d like to travel to other cities or within the city. Space was really clean too. Food delivery (*******) can be retrieved from the ******* Locker right at the doorstep of the hotel, which is very convenient (though not as convenient as having a robot to the doorstep). There’s a couple of banks/atms in the vicinity and an ICBC branch across the street. Front desk and concierge had great service and were really helpful too. Really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely return in the future.

I would like to strongly recommend this hotel for both leisure and business travel. Location is quite central with plenty of shops, restaurants and shopping centre nearby. Room is clean and full of nature lights. But most important is the services, as I’ve many luggage and the concierge staffs are extremely friendly and helpful! I’ll definitely rebook this hotel whenever I return to Shanghai.

The hotel is dated, so a lot of the amenities have been thoroughly used. The lockers and changing area for the swimming pool is very old and disgusting. The pool is very nice still though. The workout room is old but very useful. The room itself is nice but once again, showing its age. If you are ok with dated hotels, but still great service, you will love this hotel. If you want to pay the same price but just get updated everything try a newer hotel. Also if you think it’s near the train station… it’s still about a 10-15 min walk from it. If it’s hot or raining, you will suffer a bit. Metro stop is relatively close.

Location was excellent. Nice environment. Just beside roll of shops & restaurants. Especially thanks to hotel front office Mr. 小李 and Ms. Lily for helping us with the delivery couriers.
