跟同學一起去迪士尼玩，住在這家酒店，酒店前台服務很好，主動詢問我們來上海目地，得知旅遊，主動給我們做攻略，非常細心，我和我同學這次來上海很開心

Hotel is clean, spacious, modern-looking, and close to the metro station. There might be cigarette smell along the walkway (to room) but no smell in the room. There are food options nearby too. However, it is slightly far away from the city centre.

Genel olarak fena değildi, özellikle de tek başıma seyahat ettiğim için. Ama sigara içilmesine izin verilmediği yazmasına rağmen oda sigara kokuyordu. Hatta odada birkaç tane sigara kalıntısı bile buldum. Lavaboda da bazen tuhaf bir koku oluyordu. İyi tarafı, yemek siparişi verebilmeniz veya internetten sipariş verip doğrudan otele gönderebilmeniz, ki bu da çok kullanışlıydı.

Hotel staff are very warm, helpful and friendly - one of the staff even went out of his way to help us with the delivery because we did not have a China number. We are truly grateful to him! They also replenish our towels, water, etc as we needed and tidied the room very well. The robot in the hotel was efficient and good too! The hotel is located very conveniently near Wujiaochang (五角场）metro station, less than 5 minutes you will reach it and there are at least 3 gigantic shopping malls nearby so you can have all your shopping desires fulfilled! There is even a very good and affordable hair salon just upstairs the hotel, highly recommended!! Overall a great stay, thank you for the superb hospitality! :)

It is a good hotel. But not very interesting. It is located near the subway station line 12 but in general a little far from famous places in Shanghai. The dining part is good. The breakfast is good (Hope in the future they will have more varieties for foreigners). The lights in the room wasn't enough. In my mind the room was a little dark. Also, I think they need to clean windows better and also wash the curtains and carpets sometimes.

房間非常寬敞舒適明亮，前台小姐姐很有禮貌，還送了夜宵，在辦入住的時候還有奉茶很暖心，有免費的迪士尼班車，靠近地鐵口非常方便，客房衞生也很乾凈舒適哦，值得入住，很喜歡😘

這家酒店的服務不錯，員工都非常熱情，酒店的環境乾淨整潔，讓人感到很放鬆。早餐非常豐富，品種多樣，特色菜也很好吃，還提供的免費停車服務非常方便，小朋友在附近學校考試住這裏非常方便，推薦！早餐也很豐盛

The staff was very helpful, the room was clean and neat and had everything we required, the bed was really comfortable and we appreciated that. The location was abit far from the bund but it was nice and quiet with no traffic.

I recently stayed at this hotel and my overall experience was average. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and comfortable, providing a quiet atmosphere that’s ideal for relaxation. The location is acceptable and relatively peaceful, though it is somewhat far from the nearest metro station, which might be inconvenient for those relying on public transportation. On the other hand, the service at the front desk was below expectations. I noticed a delay in the check-in process and a lack of professionalism in guest interaction. I believe the hotel should work on improving customer service by offering better training to the staff and speeding up the reception procedures to ensure a more pleasant experience for guests. Overall, the hotel is a good choice for those seeking cleanliness and calm, but there is definitely room for improvement in the service area
