Only the room is look old the other service is outstanding and the only 150m walk away from damencia view

When I visit Shenzhen I tried this hotel and got an ice aged theme room in tatami style. Good price and less than 5mins to metro station to go to the center of electronics. Amazing 🤩 stay and reasonable price.

Walk way not clean but acceptable

The walk way to Subway station are not easy

Decent larger hotel room - a bit worn down but clean. See pics. They currently warn you that work is going on one floor above. Didn’t hear it overnight. My room had a window to an interior court or area (see pic). At about 8am there were a lot of kids making noise but I was up.
I’ve never had reviews that talk about mosquitoes affect my decision. But at 4 am I woke to a large mosquito bite (killed it) but kept getting bit. Hopefully the management can do something. You may choose to stay elsewhere or bring mosquito repellent.

The hotel is super clean and stuff more than friendly.
The location is perfect, few subway stations or 2 km from the windows of the world and coco park.
Highly recommend for the weekend or business trip.

I booked this hotel once when I was 18. And then this time. It’s still the same. I stayed in a theme room, it was decent for the price. The good thing is it’s proximity to Huangang Port to cross the border into Hong Kong.

Although location not convenience like not near exit of train station, place nice and clean; however no facilities gym, common room for working, coffee shop etc.
