Superb location with within walking distance to metro station. Counter staff efficient and able to render assistance whenever possible. Near to amenities, food outlets, shopping malls, supermarket, etc.

The location of the hotel was excellent - super close to restaurants, malls and the subway. The hotel itself was spacious and comfortable but could be cleaner. There was a cigarette smell in the room and the shower had grime.
Recommended for the location and the Smart Controls in the room.

Hotel is clean, new and super convenient as there’s lots of eateries around it. If you need to buy anything there’s a mall opposite it too.
We reach way earlier than the check in time, they’re kind enough to let us check in prior to the time.
Overall it was a good stay👍🏻

The front desk service was good, and they took the initiative to change our room to a larger one. The interior was newly painted, the bedding was quite new, and it was clean and hygienic. However, there was no toothbrush provided, so we went down to pick it up. It's probably because my aunt forgot to put it in after cleaning. It's very quiet, and the room has good sound insulation, which does not affect sleep

Excellent location, close to shops and Metro. Room is clean. However, TV reception was not good (kept on buffering) and water was not hot, just warm.

The location is excellent, a lot of areas to eat and shop nearby. A lot of taxis are on the road outside which makes it convenient when you want to go somewhere far.

Overall experience was very good. Location is very convenient as there are lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Facilities and staff service are good too.

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Its location is close to MRT station and Shixia Shopping Mall, which is very convenience . The cleanliness of hotel is good. However, the water temperature of the shower is unstable which will suddenly become extremely hot during bathing. Even though I had booked hotel breakfast for 3 days, I had just tried the breakfast on the first day without taking it in the following 2 days. There are rooms for improvement in the quality of the provided breakfast.
