Kempinski Hotel Shenzhen

It's really good, amazing, unbelievable and makes me feel nice all day, such a wonderful hotel. Thank you so much.

Our 3 day stay at the hotel was great. The location is very central, the environment, the rooms were very clean and beautiful. The staff very friendly and supportive. The hotel manager Mr. Hardy really walked the extra mile and exceeded all our expectations. We strongly thank him for the effort and the support. Will definitely visit again.

We do highly appreciate this hotel, service is very efficient n nice, location is quite good as quite near the MTR station, it is very easy to get reach of the shopping mall n there are so many choices of nice restaurants n drinks, we enjoyed very much in this trip n like the hotel accommodation n services very much, I will select this hotel for our future trips, thanks.

I went to Shenzhen for a business trip of several days. Because I had good experiences with Kempinski before I decided to book at them. The booking process was pretty straightforward and easy through TRIP.COM. At check-in I explained my situation and they have extended my check out to 8PM even though I was willing to pay. Even though the rooms are a little bit outdated, it was clean and well equipped. Always tidy when I come back from a work day. When they notice that I drink more water they have placed more bottles for me everyday. Location wise it's very central for Shenzhen with Metro station directly in front of the hotel. Few stations to borders to HK and to the airport. The hotel is now surrounded by shopping malls thus also easy to find food. All with all: maybe not the top notch 5* hotel anymore but the people serve with a heart. I will visit here again.

Everything was very nice. We went at peak time during New years holiday. The breakfast service was good.

Awesome location, the rooms are a bit old but it's supposed to be old-school anyways and it's clean. Facilities are pretty good (breakfast/restaurant, the gym, swimming pool etc everything is really nice). Most of all the service was 10/10. I needed an international plug adapter they gave it to me for free, they allowed me to check out very late since my flight was only late afternoon, and finally after loosing my earpods in the room, I called them one day after my checkout to inquire about it, they had already found it and they arranged to ship it back to me in Shanghai.

Very nice hotel, very near to metro interchange station entrance, glass penal need to be cleaned.

I went to see the concert at Poly Concert Hall. Hotel is 4 minutes from the venue! Excellent

Central hotel but quite old. We changed our booking because the hotel had a heavy smell of smoking. While rooms didn’t smell, the elevator’s did as I think some floors are smoking areas. The hotel was good that they fully refunded our stay due to an exhibition being held there. Also, area is very convenient and central.
