Good location, clean hotel, big area, only the staff in lobby bar very very uncompetitive, they spoiled our vacation..

Very good service, I was warmly served by the front desk staff. The breakfast was a bit under expectation though. Amenities are good too.

We spent Cristmas Day at the Intercontinental Dameisha in Shenzhen. A 40 minute Didi drive from Futian and the hotel has a private beach.. The hotel is modern and lovely. Check in was quick and smooth with an English speaking front desk. We received two complimentary breakfasts from the hotel. The breakfast is a mix of Western style and Chinese and was delicious - definitely reccommended. The rooms were comfy with a complimentary fruit bowl and lots of drinking water in the room. To my surprise the TV channels featured many English channel options. The beds were soft and comfortable, had a lovely bathroom and a small but nice balcony overlooking the sea and pool. The hotel also sports a fitness room, saunas and an indoor swimming pool, a childrens' playroom and more. It is also conveniently close to the Outlet store village. We had a pleasant stay. Only down side was that there weren't many Western restaurant options to choose from in the village, but if you don't mind Burger King, Macdonalds and Pizza Hut, you'll be fine. You can also eat at the hotel and be sure of a lovely meal at their restaurant.

Overall the hotel is very nice ! Just one feedback on the water slides at the swimming pool. The water slides are only opened from 9:30-10:30am and 4-6pm. We don’t quite understand why the slides were closed during the prime time when most of the kids are playing and swimming in the pool. The water slides is one of the attractive facilities which make us stay in the hotel but it’s opening time just make a deep discount of such. We suggest the hotel to seriously consider this feedback as we did see a number of hotel customers also tried to understand the opening hour arrangement on the spot
