I just spent here one night. The hotel feels modern and clean. Location is also great, like next to the MixC World shopping mall. The staff is friendly

Thank you so much for the Free upgrade. Nice and clean bedroom. 5 mins walk to Micx mall with loads of restaurants and shops. There is a coffee shop and convenient store downstairs of the hotel. Highly recommend

The hotel location was okay as very near the mall. The service in general was acceptable especially the cleaning lady, always greet customers. The main issue was the sound insulation for walls were really bad, basically can hear other rooms customers talking, banging doors, etc… The walls, tables, chairs, etc…were quite obvious very wore out. Very bad experience, honestly for other hotels not chain branded, the room and sound insulation are much better and much cheaper, will not book this hotel again for my next stay.
