We loved everything about the hotel. Location is good as it is very near the train station. The daily breakfast buffet is delicious. All the staff here is also friendly and accommodating, from the cleaning team to the restaurant team and even the front desk! Special shout-out to "Mikey" (who received us warmly and was so kind despite our arrival at 4am) and "秀”. Would highly recommend staying here.

And this is why chain are with us forever, no matter wot da hipsters say.
I arrived at nearly dawn due to delayed flight, so I was exhausted and bad tempered.
The Holiday Inn experience is highly standardized, which meant I kinda knew what to expect as I stumbled out of the taxi half comotozed.
The check inn process, room decor, pillows (extras in my case) etc. all made a BIG difference to for the few hours I stayed there.
Big Up to the corporate boys on this one!

The hotel is about 30 minutes away from the airport, taxi is very convenient, front desk staff are willing to help with luggage, arranged room location is good, breakfast is rich, service staff is warm.

Convenient to get to the Nanshan Metro stop. Front desk service is friendly. The room however had mould on the corners of the room with the side wooden boards coming out. The friendly staff at the front desk were able to move us to another room but yet again there was still mould in the corners of the room. Breakfast was decent with both western and chinese dishes.

It is very reasonable, and the location is good, so I think it is convenient for using TAXI and the subway.
It was difficult to find the Holiday Inn EX mark at the reception desk.
The dining area was also confusing.
