The location is absolutely spot on which is so nearby a metro station and f&b hub just at the doorstep. the check in was a breeze and the staff was absolutely amazing and utmost friendly. definitely a top notch hotel brand to stay.

Excellent location with one of the biggest shopping mall downstairs, plenty of food selection. Moving around is also very convenient with MTR just 6 minutes away on foot.

The room is cosy n chic. Well equipped with all appliances. Surrounded by many shops, restaurants and cafes. Very convenient as it is next to subway station

Love the vibe, location, rooms were big, spacious. Close to restaurant shops and train. Very happy and will come back again.

Just beside 6979 mall w amenities & food establishments.
3mins walk to Shen Zhen North Station & is 1 stop away from Shenzhen North Station which is the High Speed Rail Station.
The hotel exteriors & interiors are also designed to take pics.
Room is spacious,modern & clean.
There are many activities in the lobby such as table soccer, TV for football matches,pool table, indoor & outdoor lounge.

Good transit and staycation stop. Come here for business lunches and happy hour. Repeat local stay due to malls next to it. Accommodating staff.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The location is excellent. A mall 6979 is nearby and you could find many shops and restaurants over there. The breakfast is with variety of food and you could enjoy a breakfast at a very spacious place. Staff Bella was very helpful and nice! Highly recommended. I am definitely will stay at this hotel again if I come to SZ.
