It was a great experience staying at Lan’s hotel. They offered us a free upgrade which gave our family more space! The room was clean and tidy, it seemed quite new. The location was central, a 9 minute walk from the subway station.
The service was great, Mr Lu from the reception helped us with calling a 6-seater taxi when we were not able to access the Didi App ourselves. Thank you for making our stay comfortable!

Hotel locating above the dormitory and has a disgusting smell at the rooms. Rooms are very dirty even though hotel is quite new. Hotel advertised as a perfect location but actually based in the middle of nowhere. Hotel offers a breakfast but you will not find even a coffee or fried egg over there.

房間乾淨整潔，服務態度好，有服務意識，路過看我電卡沒反應主動來幫我調整，但是馬桶的遙控器貌似無法聯動，這個還好，不在意，關電視後會有紅外線的直射，按一下後變黃綠色，但電視會自動打開變成另一種模式，這個有點在意，四件套感覺不太親膚，但睡一晚也無大礙…

酒店位置較好，臨近福田的商務區，步行可到深圳書城、市民廣場以及蓮花山公園，周邊地鐵方便。房間大，基礎設施齊備，有較大的書桌和獨立枱燈，方便閲讀工作。酒店在大廈六樓，但有個户外平台可以休憩。酒店配有洗衣機烘乾機和微波爐，很驚喜，適合家庭出行和短期出差。前台小嵐服務周到，提前來電話確認行程，指導路線，還温馨提示出行氣候等👍

第1次住沒有門頭的酒店。租車司機都不知道位置在哪。打電話才得知入口在寫字樓大廳。下午2:30還沒法辦理入住，是不是還沒打掃完。打掃衞生不收拾床鋪。不插房卡馬桶竟然無法沖水。
也就地理位置不錯，在市民中心附近。
