I visited with my family. Overall trip was very good. Below are pros and cons about the hotel: Pros: 1) Excellent location 2) Rooms were very clean and every day cleaning was done on time. 3) The hotel has a kid's play area which helped us spend quality time with family. 4) Menu was good and the rates were pocket friendly. 5) they have much knowledge about places around. 6) The members of staff were helpful and understanding our needs regarding area recommendations and giving directions to the top tourist areas to visit and how to get there. 7) The morning breakfast service was lovely as well as fresh fruits and juices. I will come back to the hotel in my future.

Clean rooms. Very humble staff. Food is very tasty. View is also amazing. If you are looking for a peaceful stay, this place is a great option. And special thanks to zion for making my bday so special. For all the decorations. Would love to stay here again and again. All the best 👍

Hello! Our stay at The Zion was excellent. All the services including food, room, view from the room was good. I just wanted to let u know that the bathroom had a particular odd smell. Which can be taken care of by putting some frshner or exhaust fan. Thanks

This gem of a hotel is an absolute pleasure to stay. Our check in was seamless served by very cheerful and effecient front staff. WiFi codes were also issued with good signal strength. Dinner was excellent served buffet style and service was swift and effecient. Food tasted fresh and bursting with flavours. The chef takes great in his work. There was also live entertainment which was excellent. I would give this gem of a hotel 6 out of 5 if I could and the team here deserves this accolade. There is wide variety of food here and a well stocked bar. Keep up the good and well done. Please take a bow all of you.

I visited five times here for my business trip. Everytime I enjoy my stay here. Great staff, behaviour very decent, food is amazing rooms are very good, five star rating. Live music make evening very good, location is very photogenic. So sweet

The best part of the hotel was the view from the room. The room itself was spacious and neat. The hotel staff was very helpful and courteous. The disappointing part was : - the spread for both breakfast and dinner buffet was very limited (dinner buffet had no starters).Not expected with the pricing. - there was a drain sort of smell in the bathroom.

Comfortable rooms, service is excellent, as is the food for dinner and breakfast. The view from my room was wonderful and the hotel is in a lovely quiet position so I had restful nights sleep. I would use this hotel again if I was visiting Shimla again.

Amazing stay and Location. Staff is very cooperative,location is awesome 😍 we enjoy our 2 Days stay and iam very happy 👍 5/5 Rating Great experience so far. Room and cleanness is also very good, main attraction is location which is situated at awesome views

I was scouting a nice stay in Shimla for my small family of my two years old son, my wife and me , ***** with us was my son's nanny. The Zion turned out to be far perfect to match our expectations, the mesmerizing view of Shimla from the Room is breathtaking. The Kids zone is excellent and my son didn't miss his playschool. Food is too good and hygienic, need not to mention that food quality matches 5 star standards. The vacation becomes pleasurable when people serving you put in all efforts to make you feel at home and ensures that you don't feel out of place, the Zion representatives are excellent in ensuring that and not alone with the guests, the camaraderie between the representatives at the Zion cannot go unnoticed. Special mention for Himanshu who heads the front office and beyond, Archana the front office manager, Narendra the restaurant manager, and not to miss Liaqram who showed us arround in his car from the Zion travel desk.
