"Really excellent stay in this hotel! The staff was so friendly even when we checked in late at night. The next morning we had to leave early for the lake and they offered to pack breakfast for us even before the start of their breakfast timing. Throughout the stay the staff were all very friendly, helpful and hospitable! Room was clean and very new. Overall really enjoyable stay and truly enjoyed our stay there!"

"The location of this hotel is right next to the ever famous Lake Rayhem. This is more like a boutique hotel with an excellent butler service satisfying your almost every needs. The reception was friendly and as they prepare your registration and room, they serve you with high tea. Excellent coffee with cakes and cookies and fresh fruits too. The manager, Mr. Su took special attention to all his customers looking into our additional needs which was immediately fulfilled within the hours. This is what is so lacking in this area here in China whereby the management take pride in their satisfaction of their customers. They will call to find out if you need them to doggy bag the breakfast for you when they don't find you there and they serve you with a good night milk before you hit the sack. All these fine details required lots of diligent works. This is one place I can see hardworking employees when compared to our places in Xinjiang. Pretty sure they will get lots of satisfying and returning customers."

"Amazing stay with incredible views of Sayram lake. Driving up to the property gave us some worry because there is a lot of construction happening (they are building / developing a lot in the area). A lot of food options nearby. Very close to Sayram Lake scenic area. The dome itself was phenomenal, we three could not have wished for more. Bathroom was very clean, hot water was plentiful, and toiletries were very generous. The dome would get very hot during the day, but the AC tower would cool down the dome very quickly. I would have stayed here happily for one full week! The breakfast buffet was also very full and varied."

"It was a really pleasant stay in this hotel. Staffs worked in the front are really nice and professional. The check in process was fluent and quick. Rooms are comfortable and high tech backed. Bed mattresses and comforts are 5 star hotel quality. I would stay with this hotel again in the future."

"為了離景區近和湖景房間訂的這家酒店，沒想到這次入住有很多驚喜。 酒店的服務最讓我印象深刻的，剛到酒店辦入住，前台西西和一個經理熱情和細緻的服務，讓我對之前網上看到服務不好的評價感到很疑惑，這期間我們遇到各種問題比如最近的充電樁在哪，很晚的時間發消息去問西西都有及時回覆。 在酒店一共住了三天兩晚，早餐也是不錯的，餐廳的經理是武漢人，風趣幽默和我們講四川話，很願意提供幫助，早上幫我們打包咖啡，還為我們推薦餐廳的菜品。餐廳的新疆小哥跟我們講景區的訊息，幫我們找需要的東西，還幫我們拍照，服務很真誠很直接，不是那種過度培訓的人機感，給了我們很温暖的感受。 我們的拍立得因為氣温低電池損壞，前台的小姐姐（我沒有注意看她的名字）幫我們找了新電池，解決了我們的燃眉之急。 到最後退房那天前台Alice很熱情，還送了我們酒店製作的箱包和紀念房卡，特別有意義。 唯一是房間洗手間和浴室衹有一道門來開關稍有不便。但瑕不掩瑜，下次來我們依然會選擇這裏，已經推薦給身邊的很多朋友了。 在酒店的所有體驗都讓這次旅行更加美好，這也是選擇好酒店的意義。"

"酒店離賽里木湖很近，剛進房間就非常的喜歡，樓上樓下各一個洗手間，非常方便，一樓空間非常大，有很充足的空間可以跟朋友們玩耍，酒店沒有電梯，但是有小哥幫忙拎行李，非常熱情，唯一的缺點就是廁所反臭太明顯了，整個屋子都會有味道，希望酒店重視這個問題，還是挺影響體驗感的。"

"首先9天新疆之行，所有酒店民宿中，他家回覆諮詢是最慢的，加了個微信説是開票的，然後問其他的基本不回覆。套房空間算大的，但灰塵比較大，窗框和地面需要改進。另外就是一個大問題，外面那個房間很冷，雖然有兩個暖氣開關，但打開后里麪房間很暖和，外面一晚都冷，睡前大前台電話讓來看看，並送一床被子來，一直沒人來處理，住外面房間的人冷了一晚上。早餐不錯"
