"Our stay at this hotel was truly unforgettable, and it all begins with the amazing service from Teaw. From the moment we arrived until well after we left, Teaw went above and beyond in every possible way. After returning to Chiang Mai, I realized I had accidentally left behind my camera and hairdryer at the hotel. Teaw not only contacted me immediately after discovering the items (even though I missed the call), but he also personally arranged for them to be delivered to me via a local driver—at his own expense. He clearly explained how I could collect them, and when I finally received my belongings, they were perfectly packed and undamaged. Teaw is truly a trustworthy and outstanding staff member, and I’m so grateful for his help. As for the hotel itself—it’s a peaceful retreat deeply connected to nature. The lush gardens, blooming flowers, and bamboo-built rooms offer a unique and calming atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and there was always plenty of hot water. Breakfast was another highlight: generous, delicious, and full of variety. I especially loved the rich white Tom Yum soup, high-quality yogurt, creamy butter, and the wide selection of breads, including both multigrain and white options. The dining area was warm and inviting, and the swimming pool and relaxation zones were absolutely beautiful—perfect spots to unwind and enjoy the serenity around. But what truly sets this hotel apart is the genuine care and kindness shown by the staff. You can feel it while you’re there, and you continue to feel it even after you’ve left. I can’t recommend this place highly enough, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you again, especially to Teaw—you made all the difference."

"The hotel lays quiet in a big green area but if there is a neighbor in the attached bungalow one can hear every word. Room and bathroom are big. The door should be from wood and not special glass. The breakfast is good, but when there is a buffet, very minimum choise, only good for Thais (no milk, no fruits, no meat), coffee in paperbox."

"A nice laidback place to live. Very central, and at the same time quiet in the nighttime✨ Liked the bungalow very much, and it was big as a house. All I could have wished for inside, even a bathtub✨ And an amazing hanging bridge to enter the resort, not so much for people with handicap though.. yeah, and was some nice dogs there too✨"

"Nice hotel with a great view and good location. A bit far from town but ok with your own transport. Hotel has no lift and many stairs which made it difficult for us with a baby. Also, as foreign family I’m really surprised the lack of cribs in hotels. Overall a decent stay."

"Adorable, small hotel. Cute balcony. Attentive staff. Comfortable beds. Mini fridge and kettle in room. Nice covered space to park scooters. Not a huge selection for vegan breakfast, but the fruit is good and it is so close to a few vegan restaurants. Great food all around. Good view of the mountains from the second floor."

"The rooms are a bit dated . Do ask them to arrange twin single beds clearly as you book the hotel as they might forget about it. The king bed (made by combining two single beds) is not so comfortable. The saving grace was the availability of the netflix / Prime video. The washrooms are old"

"ทุกอย่างโอเค ราคาไม่แพง วิวแม่น้ำปาย แต่ติดตรงพื้นห้องน้ำโซนที่ไม่ใช่โซนอาบน้ำ ลื่นมาก อยากให้มีการแก้ไขใหม่"

"We checked in for two nights at Pai Friendly Resort, a family operated resort, about a 15-minute walk to the Pai Walking Street. A small boutique hideaway with basic amenities - kettle and hair dryer. The room was clean and cosy, and the swimming pool offered a refreshing dip during hotter days."

"This is probably the best and luxury place to stay in Pai. Upgrade yourself and took a villa-room. Very good food. Good value for money"
