Excellent hotel value. It’s just on the outer edge of the city center but very easy to get around. Hotel is very pretty and the dining area is light and beautiful. The rooms are average but everything is clean. Definitely recommend.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Enjoyed my 1 night stay while hiking the Via Francigena. Many sites, stores, and restaurants are nearby. FYI, the hotel does not have an elevator.

NIce property in the heart of old town Sienna. Very nice rooms. Friendly staff and breakfast in the morning.

Air conditioning was shut off for winter so room was hot at night making it hard to sleep but if you opened windows it would cool off but noisy street made it hard to sleep.
NO ELEVATOR so bags up 3 flights of stairs then if you went to breakfast which is in basement that’s another 1 1/2 flights of stairs down so going to breakfast entails 4 1/2 flights of stairs. Parking was limited so we were fortunate enough to get one spot so was afraid to use car for fear of not having a place to park.
Nice staff, breakfast good, great location
Booked 3 days but left after 2 because of no sleep but hotel refused to refund last night.

This hotel is very basic. The beds are hard as a rock and the linen basic and hard. I would not stay here again

The hotel is beautiful! The breakfast was awesome, the rooms were very clean and modern, but the lady who met us went out of her way to make us feel welcome and even helped carry our luggage! It was close to everything we wanted to see.

Needs an elevator. A group of 60 to 70 years old went and had to walk up 51 steps to get to our room.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room is good. Property is lovely. Parking is far away but that is more the nature of the city.

We stayed at Hotel Chiusarelli for one week and had a lovely stay. Our room was comfortable and clean and the hotel is well placed for a short walk into the old walled city. The hotel does have limited parking with just 6 or 7 spaces which are allocated on a first come first served basis, if there's a space it's yours! There is free parking not far away if their park area is full. Staff were nice, friendly and helpful and the breakfast has a good selection. NOTE: There are no lifts at this hotel so it can be a bit of a climb to get to your room depending on which floor your room is. Would I stay there again... definitely!
