Very nice the location

這裏的優勢在於距離火車站走路14分鐘，非常方便。走路去錫耶納老城區20分鐘，能接受。現在價格美麗，非常感人。 環境超讚，早上在花園裡看到小鹿，經理自豪介紹説今年新出生四個鹿寶寶。瞬間感覺這地方人傑地靈，特別適合出創意、出作品、出成果。 每天清晨一開窗，山坡上清新空氣灌進房間，人頭腦清楚，靈感迸發，煥然一新，是個暫時遠離喧囂閉關修煉的好選擇。 8點早餐，不是自助，需要提前一天告訴經理吃什麼，她們好準備，每天一進餐廳就看到早餐整整齊齊地在桌上放好了，服務到位。 餐廳牆上是經理uncle手工製作的登山杖，每一個都根據樹枝的天然形狀做成小動物形象，點塗出眼睛，活靈活現的，很是招人喜歡，據説超多人買。 房間裏的佈置、傢俱、設施都是濃濃意式風情，有些復古情調，老物件舊舊的讓人很安心。安全衞生，毫無後顧之憂。12月的意大利温度看着十幾度，但一下雨外面還是感到濕冷，房間裏暖氣很足，地上都是暖的，能光腳走。 這裏接待過很多中國遊客，經理拚命學習中國不同省份的人有哪些主要的不同習慣和偏好，可是發現中國幅員遼闊人員眾多，她一直學不明白，哈哈好可愛。 語言不是障礙，真正讓人順暢溝通的在於一顆心，在這裏我感受到了。希望下次還能來好好住一段時間。

We stayed for 2 nights and this offered what we were looking for - a shot walk from Siena (about 2 km or 1 km to the train station and then you take the escalators to the town to avoid the climb up), a very large apartment with large kitchen/lounge and area outside in the sun to sit and enjoy, plenty of storage space and in lovely grounds. The area it self was a little odd - hidden behind a massive Coop (which was excellent btw) and the train station, but it had parking and although a little noisy it not bother us at all. We really wanted to make us of their bikes but we were not able to on this occasion, but great that this was possible (a little hilly in the area but that didn't stop the many other cyclists around and using this hotel as a stop. We would certainly make us of it if we were on a tour as I believe there would be some secure bike parking) We didn't have breakfast but there was a nice area to enjoy it inside or out should you wish. Plenty of choices in Siena for food as the hotel do not serve other meals (although the nearest would be at the train station) Friendly staff, comfy bed and the pool area/gardens (with loungers) were nice (pool not open when we went but it looked very nice)

Wonderful and helpful staff. Great morning breakfast delivered to our room each morning. Fun Friday night reception for the guests. Short walk to the old town. Rooms clean and roomy. Would definitely stay again next time that we sre in the area. Five stars!

Fantastic place to stay in Siena!🤩 The rooms were lovely and charming, and the staff were very helpful and service minded! They had a cocktail party with nice drinks and buffet that we didn't know about when booking so that was a very nice surprise!🍹 The breakfast was very nice as well with fresh fruits and big croissants. We were a bit worried about the nearby train stop, but it was not a problem at all even though we had a room facing the trains. So if you are looking for a charming place to stay with amazing staff, this is the place!

Odd location as detailed by another reviewer. Otherwise fine. Nice breakfast, don’t skip it because the hotel is not near anything walkable to eat at except a grocery store. We had a downstairs living and kitchen area and loft bedroom bathroom. Bathroom is tiny. Shower and toilet a very tight fit for average American male, would be uncomfortable in my opinion for a large person. We mostly based here a few and drove to other towns.

Wonderful place , well situated to visit Sienna , there is a shopping center 3 min drive where u can park and take an escalator up to the old town. Staff were attentive and kind . Rooms are very nice though not very big , bed was super comfy . Well worth the visit

This property is located on the opposite side of a narrow valley from the Siena Old Town, positioned in a more rural spot reminiscent of agrotourism (there is in fact an agrotourism business nearby). On a map it looks like it is close to the rail station – why I chose it – but it’s not. Because of this I would up taking several taxi rides, significantly increasing the cost of this stay. The property is nowhere near anything, other than a large supermarket. Besides the inconvenient location and markedly higher cost from taxis, Borgo Grondaie offered a pleasant stay. The room was very comfortable, quiet and well equipped, and the WIFI rock was solid. The service was courteous and attentive throughout. Guests were offered breakfast each morning which, other than the powdery eggs, was decent … though I’m not sure it was included in the price (I overheard another guest being offered it for a whopping 13 euro!). The property management worked hard to make sure my stay was perfect. If Borgo Grondaie would have been anywhere near anything, it would have been.

Very good expérience. Really beautiful and kind place. All thé personnel IS very sympatical and professionnel. WE Hope to Come again if it's possible. Thé décoration IS also very cool with old fournitures.
