I have had a couple of experiences in regard to this property. First, guests I booked for were harassed by receptionists calling for mid-stay payments, despite my name being on the bill. In my experience with 3-star Indian hotels, payment occurs at check-in or checkout, not during the stay. Second, I booked 25 rooms for a family event, paying half upfront. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I needed only 10 rooms. This was informed 15 days before the event. They not only refused the change but also insulted my staff and refused to refund the advance. The hostility was so concerning that we decided to not let any guests stay there and hence found alternative arrangements.
