"We never stayed at the property. This opinion is to clarify the seriousness of the people who run the Hotel, which is null. We are owners of another Hotel, in Grazalema, its name is La Mejorana, this lady reserved two rooms on the Constitución bridge, for three nights, high season. We sent them the confirmation by email (we can attach copies), and they received said confirmation. As they are hotel workers, we trust their word and do not ask for a card number. Today, late in the afternoon, we asked them their arrival time and they told us that in the end they have canceled their trip and that they are not coming. If they don't even take into account people who make a living like them, I very much doubt that they will be able to treat people who come to their hotel with kindness. I hope they have many cancellations like the ones they do."

"I was excited when we first arrived as it looked lovely however there is so much room for improvement. Staff are not all the friendliest and some could do with customer service training. Was all inclusive but a few times at lunch and dinner we were not offered any drinks, we eventual found where they kept bottles of water so helped ourselves. They really need a bar area in the corner with a few designated staff and put water on the tables before opening the restaurant. Staff in the snack bar should be reminded about cleaning tables and keeping the water and coffee machine topped up. I did feel sometimes if we had been Portugese it would have been a different story. Rooms are nice but not cleaned until nearly 5pm, so if you want to relax before dinner you need to wait for a bit! All in all a mixed review, but we won't return to this hotel."

"The resort is lovely we stayed at the orange apartments which had a lovley veiw of the o Connor golf course and in the afternoon had the sun on the terrace. My only fault was the shuttle bus as we where the other end of the main hotel and had to wait around 15 to 20mins due to only having 1 member of staff trying to do it all Luiz was a very friendly driver always trying to do his best but as this was a golf resort with alot of group guest he couldn't do it all if there was a either stand by driver available or another driver it would of been better, also my other complaint is that no one came in to change our bath towels or clean the floor for what I paid I would of at least expected fresh towels and bedding If I go back I would hire a car to have a bit of freedom to go when I want as the shuttle did let the golf break down As for the course beautiful nick faldo was little bit tricky but veiws and condition of the course was excellent"
