10/10 💯 SATISFACTION! Booked the Loft Suite for my birthday on the 28th August. The last time I came was 2 years ago and I still remember how it was my favourite for the price and the quality of the room. Even expensive hotels don't offer a bidet and Netflix! My #1 favourite hotel to be in for its price and amazing quality I am going to return again and again. Even the receptionist was super nice! Thank you for making my solo birthday a relaxing and wonderful experience❤️💯

I have travelled to over 30 cities and stayed in over 200 hotels. This is by far the most unforgettable hotel I have stayed in. Number 1 on my list. I stayed with my kid for 4D3N. I selected this hotel due to the convenient location and good reviews. We had to make complains and change to 3 different rooms during the 4 days until I finally settled down. The First night I checked in at 9pm. Nobody at the reception. After much effort, they put me on a room on the 2nd floor with a strong odor of moldy smell even the air-con was on. Not to mention about tiny lift, if you are sensible to smell like a normal human being, I recommend you to take the staircase instead of taking the lift. They changed me to the only room left at room 101, which is 5 feet away from the reception. The room was also on the other side of a noisy cafe. The shower door can never be closed. The drainage was blocked which flooded the entire toilet. Did I also mention there was NO hand wash or soap provided? I asked different staffs and they said they don’t provide it. I m sure it was not mentioned on the description. Room was extremely old, and rotten. The floor and skirting were all breaking up. I can hear the cafe water tap was on until late night. Only then I can go to sleep. I was waken up by the guests complaining at the reception next day in the morning at 07:00. I approached the hotel receptionist again. And I had to come back at the afternoon in order to get a decent room 106. Again, no hand wash or soap. All towel and bed sheet are very flimsy and smelly even newly washed. 9 out of 10 times I went to the reception, there was empty. I have never been so looking forwarding to checking out of the hotel. By the way, did you ever wonder where do all these good reviews from? They have this so-called loyalty program. If you give an all star ratings for your review, they will give $30 cash to your account. They have to be pretty desperate in order to give such a high percentage of rebate out of the room charge. I m a professional traveling. I will never sell myself for a $30. Reading the other more honest reviews, I m sure the hotel will feedback they be sorry and will work on things. Caveat. Avoid at all costs. This Calmo group also has many other hotels.
