Pretty decent hotel. Very good price/quality relation. Perfect location - very hear railway station (might be also a disadventage for some guests - some rooms have view straight on railway and from time to time it is loud …), next to the central walking street of Sopot, very close to many good breakfast places. Rooms are specious, also bathrooms are big with large showers. However still many improvements might be introduced - mattresses are not very comfortable, no king-size beds (2 single ones might be set together but just with bedsheet), no electric kettle, also cleaning of room might be better.

The hotel is located close to both the main Sopotian deptac and the Forest Opera. Modern and well-decorated building, rooms are well decorated. Service without charge. However, the biggest plus was delicious food - both breakfast and dinner. If I had to get something attached, the bathroom in the room was a little bit small, and I could use to change the pillows for a little bigger. But overall stay was very successful, in addition quite affordable (we managed to buy a package with food and parking on the hotel website). Very recommended!!

Très bel établis*****t non loin de la grande et belle plage de Sopot. Belle chambre et salle de bains avec douche italienne. Le petit déjeuner est varié et satisfait toutes les envies. Le personnel est très sympa. Le restaurant offre une très jolie terrasse verdoyante et agréable. La carte n’est pas sans fin mais propose des plats vraiment très bons et un service très attentionné. Piscine intérieure et spa sont à disposition. Le bar de l’hôtel est top avec une très belle carte. A recommander pour une visite reposante et plaisante de la région de Sopot. Merci à toute l’équipe. Well, few years ago I stayed in REZYDENT hotel, which at this time was an independent hotel, not being part of Accord group. I was dissatisfied and for next stays at Sopot, I was choosing other hotels. And now, I spotted that now REZYDENT became part of MGallery chain, which I like very much, as these are elegant, usually boutique hotels. This was the reason, why I have decided to come back to REZYDENT, thinking that probably a lot of things from the past, which I disliked, was changed for better. Unfortunately NOT AT ALL. The only change which I recognized is a new design of the hotel’s lobby. At this is it !!! My room (117) being a superior one with a separate (theoretically) living room and bedroom, was looking 1:1 like in the old REZYDENT. The room is dark, as windows are facing interior lobby, with a limited access of a daylight. So almost all day you have to keep lights switched on. You can’t separate in the bedroom from the living room, as there are no … doors in between. AC - another issue. Rather loud and it is impossible to decide the desired speed of fan. Last but not least, for such an unpleasant experience I had to pay much more than quality offered in reality. So whoever will be the owner of REZYDENT in the future, I will never come back there again

This hotel has three classes of rooms it seems, standard, executive and privilege. I booked privilege and if this room is anything to go by I can only imagine how grim the other lower room classes are. Couldn’t swing a cat in it, bed jammed in a space between bathroom wall and window and only just enough to walk down the side of the bed. On one side all the light switches etc and the lamp are actually in the bed. I’m Assuming this was previously a single room and Mercure are attempting to pass it off as a normal room. Effectively the stair well takes up a chunk of the rooms on the corners but I’d recommend checking the room numbers as from the attached floor plan you can see how many rooms on this 10th floor are tiny and I feel I’ve been missold. This was room 1007. It looks nothing like any pictures on their website and I’d call it basic and would recommend you don’t waste your money paying for higher spec as you won’t get much for your money. Tiny tv that only has two English speaking channels which are euro news and cnn on loop. Mini bar with three free cans of soft drinks (whoopee), free safe, nespresso machine. But no ironing board which is pretty poor but hey even if they had one there would be nowhere to put it in this small room. Bathroom looks ok but is an accident waiting to happen, bath with no bathmat, a few times I felt myself slip as there is no grip on the bottom of the bath. I expected a walk in shower like the pictures but again this hotel doesn’t deliver what the pictures show. The manner of the staff is blunt to say the least and still using covid as excuses for things is pretty bad - no cleaning unless you request it from reception by 10am is so bad now and I’ve no doubt it’s too allow them to employ less people rather than to worry about covid Then there is the issue of the noise from outside - along the marina and beach there are a lot of bars and to say they are noisy is an understatement, first night it was still going on at 3am as it was getting light outside and makes it impossible to keep a window open, even with them shut I’m still very aware of the noise ten floors up and it’s worse than any Spanish holiday resort I’ve ever stayed in. So please request a room that doesn’t have a sea view as you might have a chance of a decent nights sleep. In the summer this hotel would be unbearable I’d imagine from the combination of heat meaning need windows open and noise meaning you want them closed. This noise alone would stop me staying in this hotel again or recommending it to anyone else Location wise it’s in between two stations that both link to the airport - 15 min walk to both but if you have a lot of luggage you will probably need a taxi There isn’t a lot to do in the city during the day but it’s close enough to much nicer places like Sopot so you can see plenty of other places rather than being stuck here. The main shops are 25 mins walk out of the centre which might be an issue for some

I stayed here for three nights and had a good time. The hotel staff at reception, bar and housekeeping have been friendly and helpful throughout my stay. My room was quite, clean and comfortable, had a good size and was exactly as pictured on the home page. Only minus points are, that in some places the room could've used some renovation, but it was nothing major, nothing was broken or damaged. The location in the old town is very good, you can reach most sights by foot or tram from the station across the street. I'd definitely stay here again.

Fab building, loads of history , very industrial look, loved it, lucky to get an upgraded room on the top floor , very spacious with living area, comfiest beds ever and loved the separate quilts, pillows were to soft for us but were given some more, good size bathroom and hot powerful shower, location was ok about 10 min walk from waterfront , unsure about one tiny piece of the road we had to pass each night but we were fine just walked fast Would highly recommend price was unbelievable 😀 thank you for a great stay
