It’s been 11 days since we wrote a review regarding facilities of The Loji @ Setiabudi #5 Regarding our complaints they’ve not contacted us regarding nothing at all to apologise or to address these matters at The Loji @ Setiabudi #5 And on the reviews we made has been no changes regarding they still advertise as the property has a kitchen But it’s a shared kitchen no mention that it is Community kitchen for all the rooms and the staff Still advertising as the property has a kitchen it’s misleading and when you travel 7000 miles from the UK and you read their reviews and their advertisement for the property it should be more clearer and transparent which I do not do and they’ve not addressed it even though I’ve made my comments and said, but they probably wouldn’t address it Other people that have been concerned and wanted to remain anonymous It’s a bit disheartening that no one has contacted us Thank you for reading .
