"The stay was absolutely fantastic! The butlers KIKI and Yuki provided attentive and considerate support throughout, from check-in guidance to travel suggestions—exceptionally thorough. Manager Feng offered detailed and warm service with great enthusiasm. The lake-view room boasted a breathtaking panoramic view; opening the window revealed shimmering lake scenery right before our eyes. The room was clean, spacious, fully equipped, and well-maintained. The overall service experience was exceptional, with thoughtful attention to every detail. This place is perfect for a vacation—I’ve already recommended it to friends and will definitely return!"

"酒店格調品質服務都在線，高端大氣！美中不足就是停車不是太方便，在馬路對面。聽門僮口氣，別墅區的住户除外。再熱點來這裏的別墅屋體驗一下，應該不錯！ 酒店去白沙灘很方便，房間含門票。本以會拿到什麼票據和憑證，結果發現是一張打印的紙，也沒有公章啥的，感覺有點漏洞。去白沙灘有地下通道，就在酒店西側的玻璃駝峯狀建築下面。不用橫穿馬路，太危險！"
