"We had such a pleasant stay here! The staff were incredibly friendly and went the extra mile to make our experience memorable — they even offered to drive us to the town area when our room wasn’t ready and they heard we were heading out for lunch. Such thoughtful service! The room was comfortable and well-equipped — I especially loved the towel dryer rack, something you don’t even find in many 5-star hotels! It’s those small details that really make a difference. If I had one small suggestion, it would be to add a hook for hanging clothes in the shower area. Other than that, everything was wonderful. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Dujiangyan!"

"超級滿意的一家酒店！乾淨有檔次，早餐好吃，工作人員都非常熱情周到，每天都會默默地幫我們打掃房間，農夫山泉管夠，床品的質量也很好！睡得很舒服！有洗衣烘乾機各兩台，很方便！出行方便，走路10分鐘左右能到灌縣古城。觀景一段上有兩家好吃的，一家是問花，一家是鹵菜館，已吃過，實惠美味！"

"Location is right opposite the indoor ski field which is perfect. There's a shopping mall with restaurants about 5 minutes down the road. The room is big enough and clean. We traveled with 2 adults and 2 kids (10 &12 years old). There's a sofa bed with no additional charge if you roll out the bed and put the bedding (hotel provides for free) yourself which isn't a problem, it's fairly simple to do. Overall really happy with the hotel."

"因為定了兩間房，所以有兩次點評的機會。酒店停車場超級大，還有充電樁可以給電車充電，大停車場就在酒店大堂前台大門口，suv大車可以隨便停，有行李推車，行李多的可以放行李推車上推進電梯進房間。這點對自駕的特別友好。大堂有文創產品和文創貼紙，孩子買了好幾張可以回北京以後作手抄報。前台貼心的幫我們安排挨着的兩間房，一個大床一個雙床，長者孩子互相照顧起來很方便。酒店早餐可以吃飽，有米粉有面有牛奶雞蛋，前台也貼心的幫我們介紹景點，自駕遊特別適合選這個酒店。酒店有温泉，但我們晚上因為要逛南橋，所以沒來得及泡温泉，等下次有機會再來吧。"

"We spent 5 unforgettable nights at Hegu Harmony Valley Retreat in Dujiangyan, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. People: The team here is simply amazing — warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. They provide such a high level of hospitality, always noticing and responding to every need with kindness. Food: Every meal was a delight. From the fresh breakfasts to beautifully crafted dinners, the chef truly has golden hands. The menu combines taste, health, and creativity — each dish felt like a small masterpiece. Rooms: Our room was spotless, cosy, and full of thoughtful details. The design reflects nature and harmony — from decorations to layout — creating a relaxing, beautiful atmosphere. Activities: The daily program is fantastic. We enjoyed light morning exercises, deep meditation sessions, and even had the chance to try calligraphy. My wife also joined some paid artistic mini-workshops and brought back unique handcrafted souvenirs for her friends — such a special experience! Location: The resort has the perfect setting. It is close to the Giant Panda Garden, Jiezi Ancient Town, and Mount Qingcheng, yet the atmosphere is completely peaceful. Surrounded by birdsong, cicadas, and trees, we breathed fresh air every day. The gardens inside the resort are stunning, with many lovely spots for photos and videos. Overall, Hegu Harmony Valley Retreat is a place where hospitality, nature, and culture come together. We left with our hearts full, and I can’t recommend it enough for anyone visiting Dujiangyan."

"從四姑娘山景區出來開車3個多小時到都江堰住宿，晚上12點到的，比較晚了，很累想洗個熱水澡，竟然沒有熱水，問前台説是加壓泵壞了，之前不知道，現在燒鍋爐等水熱要2-3個小時，前台説讓我們早上再洗，我覺得無論是酒店還是民宿熱水都應該是基本的，第二天早上起來洗有熱水了，但是水温不穩定，一會兒是燙的一會兒是冷的，而且洗澡的時候裏面積水，水流不出去，洗個澡跟划船似的。#房間設施挺新的，房間也很寬敞。#位置交通有點偏吧，好像離青城山挺近的，但是我們沒有去青城山，所以不太清楚。#早餐沒有#停車叫我們停在外面馬路上。"

"This was a great place to spend a couple of days with my girlfriend. Clean room and hotel, helpful and attentive staff, and good amenities, including a 24hr coffee machine downstairs. Be aware that there is a distance to things; to get to Qingchengshan is a 40 minute walk so you'll probably want to get a taxi. The hot springs are about 500 meters away in the complex, but they do have a free shuttle to take you there at any time which is convenient. Your room key gets you access only once per night booked to the hot springs, which I think could be improved upon by giving unlimited. Dinner is also limited to the hotel at night, with nothing else really in walking distance. That being said, dinner was quite good (if pricey) and the included buffet breakfast was also great."
