Великолепный отель, вкусные разные завтраки, красивые большие номера. Уборка каждый день, шампунь, крема и полный комплект для гигиены. Также можно менять доллары, рекомендую на 100% Но за время проживания ни разу не предложили спа, на ресепшен тоже информации не было

Really nice hotel, very friendly staff, room felt very luxurious and clean. The pool was great with a good view. Everyone was very welcoming, would definitely stay again.

I had a fantastic experience at the newly opened ICT Rathnadipa Hotel in Colombo. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with modern facilities and a peaceful atmosphere that made my stay truly relaxing. The food was delicious and offered a great variety of choices. A special thank you to the wonderful staff who made my stay even more memorable: Mr. Andrew, Lasantha, Minuri, Erandi, and Dinethma from the Front Office – your hospitality and warm service were outstanding. You all went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed and comfortable throughout my stay. I truly appreciate your efforts. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Colombo and look forward to coming back soon!

一人旅で滞在しました。チェックインが誕生日当日だったのですが、まさかのお部屋アップグレードに、ケーキとデコレーションまでされていて驚き。 廊下ですれ違ったスタッフさん皆んなからHappy Birthday!と言われました。:) :) 新しいホテルなので設備・水回りはピカピカ、窓も大きくて開放感があります。 個人的にはジムの設備が新しくて充実していて、ずっと通いたいくらいでした。 ラウンジアクセスのお部屋を予約したのですが、ラウンジでハッピーアワー(17:00-19:00)にいただけるカクテルがとてもおいしかった！ 朝食も種類多めで、コロンボの中でも美味しい方だと思います！ 何よりスタッフの方々の連携がきちんとされていて、快適に過ごすことができました。

Not well maintained, the room smelled like wet and mold. One thing that made us very unhappy was that the curtains wouldn't close completely, so the light would come in in the morning at 6 am. The steam room was disgusting, with broken floor and mold. There were alcohol bottles hidden in the spa room, and in the gym cabinets - I LL let you guess who might have been drinking... Good location, clean room. Below average breakfast

Located in the prime Colombo area with easy access to everything you need. The hotel has a lot of facilities and staff are considerate and caring. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Mould in the bathrooms is a problem in most Sri Lankan houses and hotels as no proper moisture extraction fans were in built and some wear and tear are obvious due to the age of the building.

Отель когда-то наверное был шикарен, сейчас просто неплохой. Мебель старенькая, стены обветшалые, некоторые вещи (как выключатели) можно было бы тщательнее вытирать. Но в целом впечатления остались позитивные. Завтраки сытные, постель и кровать удобные, бассейн просто шикарен. Правда в выходные приезжают местные купаться, за отдельную цену. А в будни тихо и спокойно, ожидать свой напиток у сотрудника можно очень долго. Рядом с отелем железная дорога, весь день ходят поезда, днём не особо поспишь, но ночью поездка не ходят, ничего вашему сну не помешает.

Arrived very late and we’re still welcome D with non alcoholic freshly made juice for my self and my littlest extremely accomodating at such a late hour breakfast was a buffet setup with. Oth Western European and traditional Sri Lanka cuisines and we still pretty much could order anything anyway - my daughter wanted western style eggs fried sunny side up on toast cracked them right there in front of here the view was incredible from our room you could hear the ocean crash against the rocks only wish we could have stayed longer really good people place service was exceptional- you.
