As usual excellent room stay with great staff. Rooms are big and spacious.

房間又大又整潔，酒店衞生非常乾淨，設施也很新，就是早餐種類有點少了。

فندق جميل يحمل الطراز القديم على شكل اسطوانه بالمنتصف فارغ والغرف تحيط به ..لا يوجد في الغرفة فخامة توقعته اجمل ولكنه قديم ومجدد او محدث والفطور متنوع ولكن بايت او قديم الكعك يابس. والكروسان ناشف ..لم يعجبني الفطور اطلاقا بالرغم من تنوعة الا انه غير جيد ..بالنسبة للاستقبال رائع جدا ..ومتعاون لابعد الحدود بالنسبة للباركسنج يوجد موقف خاص بعيد عن الشمس ..لا اعطيه خمس نجوم

出張で利用しました。 スケジュールが変更になり、24時間も滞在しないままに移動することになってしまった都市で、滞在も夜遅く到着し、寝て、翌日昼にチェックアウトとなってしまいましたが、宿泊先としては最高でした。夜遅い到着にも拘らず笑顔で迎えていただき、部屋も広く綺麗で、快適でした。朝もトラブルで朝食もとれませんでしたが、数日前に先に到着していた同僚から、朝食も素晴らしいと聞いていたので次回はきっと食べたいです。スタッフの方もテキパキと動いていらっしゃり、終始気持ちの良い滞在でした。次の出張の機会にもきっとこちらにお世話になりたいと思います。朝食会場のレストランの横にはカフェもあり、おいしそうなケーキ類もあったのでこちらも試してみたいです。

The hotel a bit old but our room was big, comfortable and very clean. Food was a great ! A nice surprise was a Michelin star chef at the restaurant.

I don’t mind paying for another day if I arrive early but I couldn’t understand why they lied to me. I came to the hotel at 3:30 in the morning of the day I booked for check-in. I was told to pay in full and didn’t get a breakfast. The guy at the front desk said I should come downstairs to check in again at 12:00 for another room because they didn’t have the type of none smoking room I booked. It was all fine. You didn’t allow me spend several hours in the sofa in the lobby “because we are are five star hotel!”(although during the coming several days I have seen people including myself and my colleagues staying in the sofas all the time without paying for any coffee or snacks). The pain I had is they told me to wait until 3pm for changing rooms. I called the front desk several times and in the end called back to China to talk to Ctrip. The guy who changed me full day for less than 7 hours stay has seen my Ctrip booking in my cellphone. The lady at front counter told me they didn’t know I had another booking! Don’t understand what system they were using to manage the hotel. Eventually I carried my luggage out to lunch and then got my other room at 1:30pm. Regarding hardware I want to complain about the bench in front of the bed. It was a hard and heavy thing that would break your knees if you hit it during the night if you go t bathroom or come back for sleep. Couldn’t understand why in such a small room they want to squeeze everything in. The lattice for salad in breakfast had sands. Maybe I was unlucky? Anyway as a guy who stays in five stars all the time I would not come back to this hotel in the future.
