"Very nice hotel, very clean, in a good location. It didn't have breakfast included like most of the other Hilton locations, but there's a Starbucks inside (albeit charging more than the already expensive Starbucks prices). The view was great! Unfortunately, Disney canceled the fireworks on our arrival, so we didn't get to see them from our room, but that's not a hotel issue."

"I was very satisfied & pleasantly surprised after reading some of the older comments. It's really sad that some people are so harsh but... I was very satisfied except for the lack of hygiene products. I accidentally forgot mine...
Woke up late after a late night at Knott's & unfortunately missed the breakfast & actually can't remember if I was able to get any coffee before I left.
My only other issue was when, I initially was making my reservation, I needed to ensure that we were getting an ADA room as paid for & was hoping to get one on the first floor. It's a good thing I did call because the elevator wasn't in service & the first CS agent wasn't able to find a way to even find my reservation. I called back & when I spoke to a different CS agent, there was no problem, we received the first floor ADA room & us Disabled Vets were able to maneuver easily in/about/out of the room.
Thank you to all of the staff who went above & beyond to make our stay comfortable!! I'm in the process of booking two more stays here for the Military Tribute Days at Knott's!!"

"Very easy checking in and out from this place. However, the bed squeaks when you moved. The bed needs to be replaced cuz it’s annoying when you’re trying to get a good night sleep. Breakfast need a little improvement on a selection. Otherwise, it was very convenient for our weekend getaway."

"Our experience staying at the hotel was very nice but didn’t expect double bed was very small for four people was hoping little bigger but it’s okay! The service and front desk were great worker! MMisafir KullanıcıThis was our first time at The Waterfront Beach Resort, and will be our new go to when in the area. We were treated so kindly by everyone we came into contact with. Upon check in, we were upgraded to a suite for my husbands bday. What a treat! Comfy beds, inviting area. We were here in Dec a few weeks before Christmas and it was so pretty! Fun events for the kids (didn’t travel with ours this time) but they had Santa and the Grinch to take pics with. Good food at Cabo Wabo for both dinner one night and the weekend breakfast buffet one morning. Parking was a little pricey ($50 per night), that ended up adding a bit to our stay, but seems pretty normal in California. Steps from the beach and beautiful ocean view from the room. 5/5 stars for us!

It was the typical continental breakfast, including a waffle machine. The kitchen staff was very sweet and quickly refilled items that ran out. We appreciated having a pool and Jacuzzi, however, the pool is small and was often full of teenagers who were quite aggressive with each other and the balls they were throwing around, which made it uncomfortable for our kids and others to swim. That was circumstantial, so I would hope that wouldn’t happen on a repeat visit, although, it was so unpleasant that it might cause us to look elsewhere next time.

It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

The front desk staff were nice, so no complaints there, or anywhere except for parking!! Apparently there is a customer there that is “VIP” (which is what the front desk staff told me) and they are allowed to park their trailer and take up 5 spaces, even though the rest of us paid for our rooms too. My family and I were here on vacation to Disneyland, so the second day we arrived later in the evening back at the lodge. I understand we weren’t going to get our original spot, but there was NO parking. My husband drove the entire lot twice and by pure luck someone had just left, otherwise where would my family and I have parked? Location is great and the staff were friendly, but this experience alone would never allow me to book here again.

1. Hotel's parking is a block away across the street. Parking spots are tiny, larger cars will have hard time parking.
2. Air conditioning units are those portable things on wheels. Right in the room. Very loud, turns on/off all night.
3. Windows open sliding up - don't stay open, too old/falling apart. Also have no screen.
4. Room is the tiniest I ever seen in hotels.
5. Bathroom sink - stand alone sink with no space to put toiletries on.
Pros:
Clean.
Great location right near the beach.
Rooftop bar, restaurant onsite and great Mexican restaurant across the street.
Friendly service, front desk person was very helpful.

MMisafir Kullanıcı처음 방에 불이 안 들어오고 냉장고도 차갑지 않았음. 이에 방을 바꾸고 싶어서 카운터로 감. 직원은 매우 친절했음. 두 번째로 바꾼 방은 문이 안 열림. 카운터에 다시 가서 직원에게 여쭈어보니 직접 오셔서 문을 열려고 시도했으나 그냥 방 키가 문제인건지 안 열림. 세 번째로 방을 바꿨는데 원래 처음에 들어갔던 방 보다 컨디션이 별로였음. 화장실이 무척이나 작았고 방 구조도 약간 달라짐. 방을 바꾸기 위해 짐을 들고 3층 1층 2층을 돌아다녔고 카운터에 긴 줄을 계속 기다림. 친구와 즐겁게 여행왔는데 기분 망치기 싫어서 그냥 마지막 세 번째 방에서 취침함. 직원들은 분명히 최선을 다했고 친절하셨음. 그냥 시설이 너무 문제임. 숙소가 디즈니 바로 옆이여수 오후 9시 쯤에 디즈니랜드 불꽃놀이 관람할 수 있음. 수영장이 있는 줄 몰랐는데 알았다면 수영복도 챙겨왔을 것임! 수영장 내에 팝콘 무제한으로 먹을 수 있었는데 아이들이 숙소 복도에 전부 흘리고 그냥 팝콘 파티를 열어서 제대로 걸어 다닐 수 없었음. 시설과 청결에 좀 더 힘쓰면 좋겠음. 나머지는 우수했음.
