Park Yeri Olan Furano Otelleri

Love the spacious and warm hotel room, and the view from our hotel room! I found Fenix West in Trip.com and no other platforms, and found it amazingly beautiful and a good deal for the location. We hear that the hotel is more frequently used during winter seasons when guests come by to do snowboarding. Also the reason why the hotel has a storage wardrobe for ski equipments. The room was really spacious with a view of the mountains. I love how spacious the room was, and it is good enough for 2 adult giants. The rooms have balconies too. Because this hotel is catered for winter activities, the hotel room is equipped with 2 heaters; one in the room, one in the toilet - so comfortable and warm. It was pretty cold when we visited in early May but the heating system helped keep us warm all night. I feel like home in this hotel room. No breakfast is provided for our stay but there is a cafe just below the hotel at a reasonable price. The staff at the cafe speak english, and they are very fluent and very friendly! The food were all freshly made and really very yummy. You must have their coffee too. Parking facilities is available on-site too. The disadvantage about this place is that it is very quiet, and the place feels like a quiet town after certain hours due to its low period. Given a chance, I will stay at Fenix West again - no matter what season I visit Furano!

A small and simple place to stay, you can see that the place is a bit aged but its clean and tidy. The room is small but one thingn want to highlight, the breakfast was incredible! very nice breakfast :)

a warm and cozy place. very near to city centre and friendly for travellers driving. free carpark. friendly staffs. it would be better if it has onsen instead of only hot water bath in the common area. value deal if you are travelling around the town.

staff are nice and hardworking polite. the add ed service like the lounge. Furano space. library. dinner and breakfast food is very delicious. free drink of alcohol. I will come again especially for skiing. so convenient.

Love our stay there. Rooms have view of slope or nature. Just beisde Ningle Terrace and you can walk further down to the winter forest, so magical. Hotel has express bus service and private car services are conveniently bookable. The only disadvantage is it's further to the train stations. However we were able to come here directly by Ski Liner from Tomamu and leave with Lavender bus to Asahikawa, it also goes to Furano and Biei directly. Hot spring resort is so so, not much facilities and a small place. It's pity they don't provide free shuttle bus or free entry to nearby snowlands.

Good location with very new facility. The rooms are clean. It will be fantastic if there are bath tubs. I guess the skiers will like them even more. Overall very quite place in low season (right before the ski season starts). Good value for money at this time. PS. We are the only unit occupied for the entire building during our stay. Haha ...

my first time staying at a hostel and i am quite impressed. it is apparently quite new at the moment. it is clean in general. i booked a female only dormitory room for 4 nights and was lucky that i had the whole room for the first 3 nights. t Owner is helpful and responds fast when i message them over trip.com. Worth the value to stay for those travel alone for ski/snowboard. Location is so convenient to the North Gondola.

รร.ค่อนข้างเก่ามาก  แต่สะอาด  ไม่มีลิฟท์ ในห้องนอนไม่มีห้องอาบน้ำ  มีแต่ห้องสุขา และอ่างล้างหน้า  จะอาบน้ำต้องไปห้องออนเซน  มีคนญี่ปุ่นมาใช้บริการเยอะอยู่ อยู่ไกลตัวเมืองฟูราโนนิดหน่อย  เหมาะกับคนมีรถ จริงๆทำเลสวยมาก ล้อมรอบด้วยวิวภูเขา  เลือกเพราะ ช่วงที่ไป ราคาไม่แพงมาก และ  มีห้องออนเซน มีหลายบ่อให้แช่  เจ้าหน้าที่ มีใจบริการดีมาก แม้จะสื่อสารกันไม่ค่อยเข้าใจ เราพักแบบมีอาหารทั้งเช้าและเย็น อร่อยใช้ได้ อาหารเย็น เสริฟเป็นครอส บริเวณรร.  มีทุ่งลาเวนเดอร์ให้ขมด้วย  แต่ตอนเราไป ดอกเค้าเริ่มเหี่ยว แต่ยังส่งกลิ่นหอม  และอยากให้ปรับปรุงทัศนีย์ภาพ ตรงลานออกไปชมดอกลาเวนเดอร์ ดูสกปรกไปหน่อย  เสียดายทำเล ที่ตั้งค่ะ  โดยรวมOK ค่ะ
