"Love our stay there. Rooms have view of slope or nature. Just beisde Ningle Terrace and you can walk further down to the winter forest, so magical. Hotel has express bus service and private car services are conveniently bookable. The only disadvantage is it's further to the train stations. However we were able to come here directly by Ski Liner from Tomamu and leave with Lavender bus to Asahikawa, it also goes to Furano and Biei directly. Hot spring resort is so so, not much facilities and a small place. It's pity they don't provide free shuttle bus or free entry to nearby snowlands."

"This hotel use the self check in system. However they don't remind guest about the check out time so I am never informed about the check out time. Finally the last day, the receptionist just came to my door at 10:00 and told me I need to pay. I was shocked and asked politely about not charging extra money and got out the room at 10:20. They finally still needed to charge me 2000 Yan. I requested to have the price list and all policies about the check in and check out. THE MAN RECEPTIONIST CAME INTO MY ROOM AND SHOWED ME THE BOOKLET. ONLY ME AND HIM IN THE ROOM, THEN HE SHOUTED AT ME IN JAPANESE RUDELY !!!! I have the right to understand all the pricing and information although I have time exceed, I can pay however I don't deserve the bad attitude of their hotel service. It is the WORST STAY EVER in my life. The time was 31st Dec 10:30 a.m. when he shouted at me. SHAME ON HIM AND THE HOTEL."

"We had booked total 7 rooms. Beginning from check in we had impressed how nice and friendly the counter lady, full of smile and patience. We come here by driving so not very sure about surroundings and public transportation. The hotel very clean and nice, so suddenly we all dun want go out, we just stay hotel, and feel 1 night not enough, Thank you."

"When we first stepped foot in the Hostel Tomar we experienced a sense of dejavú. It seemed to be modelled after the popular hostels of Europe. The staff could speak fluent English & were helpful. The place was huge (for Japan), bright & airy. We immediately felt at home. The location is incredible. It was drizzling when we arrived & continued to do so the entire time we were there. Luckily there are lots of eateries & shopping places around within easy access of the hostel. So instead of moping & bemoaning our bad luck we spent our time happily shopping for last minute souvenirs & scuppered our plans to explore further afield."

"Love the spacious and warm hotel room, and the view from our hotel room! I found Fenix West in Trip.com and no other platforms, and found it amazingly beautiful and a good deal for the location. We hear that the hotel is more frequently used during winter seasons when guests come by to do snowboarding. Also the reason why the hotel has a storage wardrobe for ski equipments. The room was really spacious with a view of the mountains. I love how spacious the room was, and it is good enough for 2 adult giants. The rooms have balconies too. Because this hotel is catered for winter activities, the hotel room is equipped with 2 heaters; one in the room, one in the toilet - so comfortable and warm. It was pretty cold when we visited in early May but the heating system helped keep us warm all night. I feel like home in this hotel room. No breakfast is provided for our stay but there is a cafe just below the hotel at a reasonable price. The staff at the cafe speak english, and they are very fluent and very friendly! The food were all freshly made and really very yummy. You must have their coffee too. Parking facilities is available on-site too. The disadvantage about this place is that it is very quiet, and the place feels like a quiet town after certain hours due to its low period. Given a chance, I will stay at Fenix West again - no matter what season I visit Furano!"

"We stayed 4 nights and honestly loved it — this was one of the highlights of our Hokkaido trip. The room was clean, cosy, and super comfortable after being out in the cold all day. What really made the stay special was the view: from the front we had a beautiful mountain view, and from the back we could see the ski resort, waking up to snow scenery every morning felt unreal. The hotel was also quiet at night so we slept really well, and the overall vibe felt warm and relaxing. Staff were friendly and helpful, and everything from check-in to daily stay was smooth. Location worked great as a base for Furano (especially for snow activities). Would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone coming to Furano."

"這酒店離雪場特別的近。應該是離雪場最近最便宜的酒店了。酒店有温泉，房費含早晚飯，晚飯是蠻好吃的有生魚片，早餐就一般般。酒店能天天打理衞生毛巾都能天天換。唯一的缺點是設施有一點舊沒有房卡是房鑰匙，所以去滑雪之前把鑰匙寄在前台，有一點點不方便。"
