"It seems that we always visit the two Greek islands of Hydra and Spetses (with others added throughout the trip to Greece). Thanks to all, particularly Thanasis, Marianna, Stefania, we again had a terrific stay. The hotel is not far from the port, quite a few restaurants & cafes are close by and the included breakfasts are great. This time we had a room with two balconies which was good - and as always, the rooms are quite soundproof."

"We had a great experience at Yayaki very recently. I had known the island a few years ago and wanted to return in a place "at home" where I could visit the island with trust, care and best advise from a local team! this is the best (and quite unique) place in Spetses to feel so comfortable while still with "Greek belonging". Kark, Hannah and the staff (great staff! both for cleaning, cocktail making or just chatting :-)) are great listeners and always find a solution. The breakfasts are perfectly balanced (i miss the greek yogourt in a glass pot already), the bar attendance till 11:00pm is really nice, the pool vegetation absolutely lovely. The low number of rooms make it a quieter and more confidential space where you can interact like home. I would recommend to go for the suites to get the nicest opening to the pool and city (and sea!) as they have terrace and large balconies. Yayaki is perfectly located, walking distance from the old harbour, from the new Port with shopping area and 10min walk from Paradise nearest beach. All in top experience, thank you team for hosting us and see you next year!"

"Stayed for 3nights in April, attracted by the location above the harbour. Lovely views from front balconies and not noisy at night. Experienced a couple of early season issues which were professionally dealt with and kindly upgraded to a suite for our final night. The standard rooms are a bit basic but comfortable, suites fantastic with every luxury. Staff very friendly and efficient. Good breakfast, especially the pastries."

"Extremely expensive for what it is. The building is old, very old with wooden doors and windows. The quality of service very low and overall I felt it was not worth it. It is not run by professionals. AVOID at all cost. I would not recommend it at all."

"Excellent hotel, fantastic location short walk from the port and centre. Staff were all excellent, rooms nice with good aircon. Second floor pool facing has views over the sea and nice little balconies albeit very hot in August. Breakfast lovely. All in all a great place to stay and we would definitely stay here again if returning to Spetses. The town itself is lovely with great restaurants, cafes, ferry connections to mainland or other islands."

"We were picked up from the ferry and driven to the hotel that wasn’t far. Greeted by Christopher and shown to our lovely studio apartment. Very large room with a fireplace and a large sofa. Great size kitchen with full size fridge/ freezer. Would be nice to have ice cube tray. Immaculately clean and very comfortable. Great balcony. Best breakfast! Fantastic bread and huge selection of fruits, great coffee and chat with Demetrius. Loved the beautiful pool snd many sun beds, it was very quiet and always plenty of space. Some lovely places to eat and drink nearby."

"We were very happy to spend 7 nights in Spetses in this wonderful hotel. Our room was great, very clean and with a little balcony with a beautiful view on the pool and the sea. The breakfast on the outside patio was a highlight for us, with lots of delicious homemade food and pastries which changed every day. Tonia and her family were so incredibly welcoming and helpful the whole time, provided us with everything we needed and gave a lot of great tips for activities and places to check out in the area. The location was quiet, only 15-20 minutes from the centre of Spetses and less 10 minutes from the closest beach. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable time and would be really glad to come back, thank you so much!"

"Located about a 20 minute stroll from the town Dapia through little winding streets these apartments are an amazing base. Not modern but authentic Greek set around a courtyard and gardens with the inviting pool at its centre. Clean comfortable rooms, a good continental breakfast selection and very friendly staff who do their upmost to make sure you have a relaxing holiday. (Happy wife happy life.)"
