"Great hotel right in the middle of the port area really comfy beds lovely staff book a partial or a full sea view to get the fantastic views .. breakfast included is great and sets you up for the day - highly recommend and 2 mins walk as you get off the ferry - no pool but bus stop is opposite for southwest of the island’s beaches - watch out for the bus timetables they are a bit dicey with times and reliability"

The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help, making us feel at home throughout our stay. The location is also excellent, making it easy to explore the island while still enjoying a quiet and comfortable environment. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely choose this hotel again when visiting Spetses. Highly recommended!"

"The owners were very pleasant, friendly qnd going out of their way to be of help if needed. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and well equipped with TV and air conditioning. Ideal location. Nearby there is a supermarket, the beach is a 8-minute walk away, the old harbour is a 5-minute walk Looking forward to return"

"Wonderful stay at Yayaki. Karl, Giorgios and the entire housekeeping team were superb hosts and made our stay super special - particularly with how kind and helpful they were with our 18-month year old. The team also helped us rent e-bikes from a local contact, Nikos, and I’d highly recommend doing the same and cycling around the island!! The rooms are stylish and spacious with all the amenities you could wish for; the pool area is stunning and the food was consistently 10/10. If you’re visiting Spetses, do yourself a favour and choose Yayaki over the more traditional hotels along the sea front - you won’t regret it! Σε ευχαριστώ πάρα πολύ για όλα"

"We stayed in this marvelous hotel, which is perfectly located near Dapia. It consists of separate residencies, that are spacious and very clean. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. We especially thank Mr. Dimitris at the amazing sea front breakfast area, who made our mornings feel like we were guests of a welcoming friend. The hotel has the best pool, big and deep, great for swimming, with additional shallow pool for little children. We are definitely coming back!!”"

"We return to Spetses every summer for a few days, and staying at 7 Islands is always a highlight. The place is spotless, and Tonia and her family go above and beyond to make sure we’re comfortable and relaxed throughout our stay. The rooms are cozy and well-appointed, and the service is truly exceptional. From recommending and booking great dinner spots to making sure we have our favorite spot on the beach, every detail is thoughtfully handled. My only hesitation in writing this review is that it might make it harder to find a room next time we visit!"

"Located about a 20 minute stroll from the town Dapia through little winding streets these apartments are an amazing base. Not modern but authentic Greek set around a courtyard and gardens with the inviting pool at its centre. Clean comfortable rooms, a good continental breakfast selection and very friendly staff who do their upmost to make sure you have a relaxing holiday. (Happy wife happy life.)"

"NEUTRAL FACT: Hotel system requires one to go to adjacent travel agent to do check in formalities and get shown to hotel. I have met that before in Greece. People there are very friendly. NEGATIVE: Access is up a frighteningly steep and bordering on dangerous staircase, particularly bringing luggage up or down. I was petrified I might fall. POSITIVE: Excellent restaurant in the building, plus adjacent to Hotel Klimis Coffee Shop CONCLUSION: I survived! I should never go back to that hotel "
