Apart from courteous staff brand like taj has to b nothch abv othrs and facilitate its guest wth trending luxuries nd facilities.view from hotel is mesmerizing as i thnk it is best situted in srinagar.amenities wise many thng is missing (children play area is very basic,no heated swimming pool,no othr recreational activity,nthng complimentary activities frm hotel side).i hve booked my rooms directly nd during checkin and checkout bth the time i was asked to so my payment receipt as my payment was not uploaded in thr system.guest knws wat to expect frm brand like taj but whn smethng unexpected is provided it makes moment cherishful.

The quality of the coffee, the service provided by the staff imran that made our experience memorable. And the view of cafe in Taj was exceptional , and the cleanliness of the place, the variety of coffee options available, the pricing, and if there were any unique features that stood out to us.

Best experience, great view, warm hospitality. best food. The rooms are best kept. All rooms have a lake view. Centrally located.

"Mr. Imran at Dal View is truly amazing! His top-notch service elevated my coffee experience and made it even more enjoyable. He knows how to make customers feel special and valued. I highly recommend visiting Dal View to experience not only great coffee but also the fantastic service provided by Mr. Imran. A definite must-visit in Srinagar!

The hotel premise is just mesmerizing. All the rooms are having Dal lake view from balcony. Hotel staffs are so nice and polite. Suraj from hotel staff served us most of the time during our breakfast and dinner and ensured we are fully comfortable. I would recommend this stay.

Overlooking the famous Dal Lake, and surrounded by mountains on the other sides, this property impresses from the moment you approach it via the scenic drive up the mountain. Few hotels have as beautiful surroundings as the Taj Vivanta. Have been to this property on numerous occasions , some just to enjoy their restaurants and the views! The rooms /suites are spacious and one should definitely opt for the ones with a view of the lake. The lawns are sprawling and well maintained. The service staff is attentive and professional. It is a little slice of heaven! There are a couple of security check points right before entering the premises of the property, Ample free parking is available, including parking spots with charging stations for electric cars. The food choices for the most part are above average but nothing to rave about. Enjoy the sun-rises and sun-sets in this little heaven on earth. Breathe the freshest of air , and feel the incredible serenity and natural beauty around in this place.

The rooms were comfortable and very spacious. The stand out was the service. Iqbal at the reception was extremely helpful. Amjad in room service gave absolutely top notch service. Must compliment the team The food was alright, only one restaurant was functioning.

Very beautiful evening spent at the property. Great experience and taken good care by Mr Makhan. We have heard alot about Kashmir’s hospitality and now it feels great to experience it. Very well done. 5 stars to Property and Mr makhan ***************

We have amazing experience over here hospitality is also amazing.it was a pleasant stay at Vivanta Srinagar the staff are very professional and provided great service during our stay.i would like to mention some names mujeeb from housekeeping and Amir from restaurant.
