Hotel City Grace

We were given a small and unhygienic room full of COCKROACHES !!! They were all over the bed as well as the bathroom.The hotel staff was least bothered and reluctant to help us out. Spending the night amongst the cockroaches was worst nightmare ever !

Hotel ambience and Rooms are good but quality of food and menu in breakfast and dinner are very limited and repeated daily, no tasty food, no soups and biryani in dinner when it is cold season, when we complained manager about this he said we will have to order separately with extra charges but why should we pay extra when we have already paid with meal plan to tour agent.

Great experience and good hospitality being budget friendly. You will experience beautiful view and sunrise from window. Food is also good and can be modified as per your taste, do give them instructions for food accordingly. Do visit Srinagar and stay here.

The WiFi was terrible and lagging. We talked to them about the WiFi but they didn't budge.The room was small and the bathroom was not cleaned especially the toilet. The food staffs were kind but the hotel receptions/staff was kinda rude and the elevator was very lagging. Though, whatever was asked was given.

We happened to stay @ Hotel City Grace which is located @ Old city - Srinagar near J&K bank. its really and amazing experience for the below reasons. 1. lots of shopping were at walkable distance. 2. rooms were really spacious and the people were very courteous. 3. food was good. 4. their tea was amazing like home preparation. 5. the design and architecture was really good where the typical Kashmir designs i could see in the room doors, the main lobby area . there is a lift where people can use that if required else can use the staircase which were user friendly nice big spacious. Out stay was on July 4th , 2023 and we had two rooms. worth staying .. thanks to the management who are maintaining this hotel.

Rooms are very small . Its like there is no space. Table is just ahead of wardrobe . So if you want to open wardrobe then shift table and then if you open door then shift table again . Food wise is below average

I am really happy to book room in Hotel City Grace. Staff behaviour was very good. Food taste was too good. Special thanks to Junaid bhai (Owner of City Grace). He is very nice person. Again thanks to all City Grace staff.

rooms are small and clumsy , suffered food poisoning after having meal over here. Stayed here in the third week of May 2022. Rooms are small and filthy . Bathrooms are dirty. Suffered food poisoning after having food over here. It seems food being served is left over of a day before. Hotel staff is very rude and ill mannered.

We had a stay in City Grace ahotel, Srinagar from 30th April 2022 to 3rd May 2022 for 3 nights. We had booked 1 deluxe and 3 double accuracy rooms. On 2nd May hotel staff/ manager insisted us to change 3 rooms as they want to give us deluxe rooms. The reason behind was the new comer guets had booked double occupancy rooms which were not vacant and they wouldn't have degrade them from deluxe to small room afterwards. So, they wanted us to change room just for 1 night which was last night in the hotel. We refused to do so as we didn't want to shift all luggage in 3 rooms. On our decision hotel staff told us that " aap ko room shift karna podega nahi to hum aapka saamaan shift karwa denge" if not they gave us option of "checkout" . It means they didn't even bother about existing guest. Language of the staff was very very very rude. Finally we reached to Srinagr police station where we spent our 1 hour in waiting for hotel owner. Police helped us and we didn't change room. In all this mess we wasted our 3 hours and got late for site seeing. My suggestion is not to stay in this hotel.
