"This is an Airbnb or service apartment. Definitely not a hotel.
Photos are much better than in real life as the property is really run down and in need of a refresh. Taps were broken and even a window (host ensured it was still safe with a protective film holding the cracked window).
The host was super apologetic at the state of the property and a little embarrassed."

There is disposal towels, bottled water, slippers,etc. The washing machine & dryer inside the room makes it so convenient for guests; hot air fan in the bathroom-helpful for those who has yet to get used to the cold weather. "The location is very good. Just a few steps from Peiyuanqiao Metro Exit 4. Surrounding have a Lotus market with lots of thing to buy and food is everywhere! Just a downside that the room is rundown and amenities are not so sufficient. If you are looking for a budget stay this is the one."

"The location is superb! The hotel itself stay right next to the station on maglev entrance side. At first as foreigner, it quite confused to looking for the hotel but know later as it the same location with Echarm. The reception staff on the night shift can communicate English very well for check in process but on the morning he cannot speak English at all (he not understand even basic English like ‘check-out’). The room and common area is very clean, they also have mini mart in the hotel as well."

"We booked this place because it said it had three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a washing machine. It has one bathroom with a toilet and a shower, and one separate toilet with no shower. We expected two showers. The shower room has a very strong unpleasant smell, like vomit.
Also we assumed the washing machine would be a washer/dryer, but it washes only, which is not great for a short hotel stay when we need things dried quickly.
The entrance was very difficult to find even though we could locate the building on a map. We had to do lots of walking around and asking at the local stores for help.
The place is more run down than expected from the photos, but it is a good size for our group of four and in a good location near Pozi street."

The hotel is located right above Peiyuanqiao Subway Station, Kaifu District, Changsha City, only one stop to Wuyi Square. Compared to the flourishing and busy in the City Center, this hotel has more quiet vibe. The straight-line distance to Xiangjiang River is only 500 meters, and people could overlook Orange Isle, farseek Yuelu Mountain. This hotel belongs to Wuyi square business circle, is close Chaozong street. It is just 10-minutes drive to Hunan Museum, Huang Xing Road Pedestrian Street and Kaifu Temple. Vistors can take subway to Huanghua International Airport, Changshanan Railway Station and Changsha Railway Station, you can enjoy traveling, shopping and tasty food near here convieniently. Our Hotel follows "customers- centered, guests-respected" butler service, whenever you arrive, there must be at least a receptionist, providing route-guide, luggage storage and carrying, customized journey and etc. For the sake of customers, each room equips washing and drying machine and Hd projector. Our reception also prepares fridge and microwave-oven for a rainy day. Hopeing you could enjoy bustling city and also experience leisure time at the meantime.
"Stunning clean hotel with amazing & helpful front desk. Views from the room were stunning and the location is great. Really good hotel for great sleep and easy sightseeing for Changsha! The hotel is on the 30th floor of the tall building. It was a bit hard to find for a foreigner but everyone was willing to help.
Definitely will reserve again if I come back to Lovely Changsha someday!! 🩷"

MMisafir KullanıcıStaff was courteous on WeChat before arrival. Hotel is able to receive items bought online. Hotel gave us a little later check out time after we asked as our flight was at night. Luggage could be stored in hotel lobby. Hotel lobby was not really grand looking but at least it had a shop front which had its name. Saw that there were other hotels are in the same building too. Hotel seems to only cover 1 level, on the 2nd floor. Upon going out from the lift, right side is an internet cafe while the hotel rooms were on the left. Of the 3 days we were there, we only had to scan once to open the glass door which leads to the rooms (door was open at other times). Hotel has laundry facilities between 8am-8pm but we did not use it. Room service is available upon request via WeChat. Hotel provided towels and toiletries too. Cleanliness needs to be improved as my friend spotted trash on the bottom shelf of the water dispensing area when we checked in. Bedsheets were clean, bed was comfortable. Room was pretty quiet despite being near a road. Location wise, quite straightforward to walk to Wuyi square via underground or street. Hotel is next to La Nova shopping mall (but does not have many shops) and an underground commercial street that leads to Wan Da shopping centre and opposite the road. Lots of eating areas around too. Walkable to Mi Fen street too.

MMisafir KullanıcıCouldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hotel was clean with an amazing location, close to transport, shopping and entertainment.
The service provided made our trip in Changsha so memorable, we were greeted with a smiling face everyday, coffee service with unlimited water bottles, free laundry service, everything was a wechat message away. And not to mention the Smart Control function on the room was fun to use. Will definitely stay here the next time I’m in Changsha.

XXuShaoZheThis was an excellent place to stay in Changsha, better than we could have expected.
We visited in December and the heating from the air conditioner was enough to keep the room warm. The bathroom is modern, and even has heating above the shower. Both the room itself and the bathroom were very clean. We were on the third floor so we did not get bothered by any sound from the street. I am a very light sleeper but I did not wake up from anything. There are a few open air lounges around the building, most with a roof to protect from the rain, which were nice to sit and eat breakfast. The best thing about the room however is the bed. It is spacious (I think a king size) and so, so comfortable. There is a laundry facility but we didn't use this on our trip. They don't have a dryer machine but they do have a clothes line to dry clothes on.
The owner spoke with us through WeChat and gave us recommendations on places to eat (a huge list, maybe 40 different places!) and checked if we needed room cleaning every day, and provided extra water bottles. The aunties at the hotel are all friendly.
The location is really good, 5-7 mins walk from Peyuanqiao subway, and just one stop from Wuyi Square on line 1. It is also about 40mins on the subway or 30mins taxi to ChangshaNan Station (high-speed rail) and about 45mins subway from the airport. The hotel is on a quiet side street, the main street is very much a local, non-touristy street, which was nice, with a friendly uncle selling breakfast in the morning and many stalls and restaurants nearby. By the station you also have bigger chain shops and restaurants if this is what you prefer.
The only thing to improve for me is that a coat hanger would be useful so we can hang up our coat somewhere.
I love Changsha, my favourite city in China, and I think this hotel will become my go-to the next time I am back to visit!

YYxonMy trip got cut short due to family emergency but my parent stayed at Xiangyu Xiangyue Apartment not too long ago and recommended this place so I am writing this on their behalf as they did not had the chance to do it.
Location:
The location is excellent — right beside IFS and within walking distance to Taiping Street, Wuyi Square Station, shopping malls, food streets, cafés, and convenience stores. Super convenient for both day and night activities.
Apartment Condition:
The room was clean, modern, and spacious compared to standard hotel rooms. The bed was comfortable, the shower had good water pressure, and the air-conditioning worked well. The apartment comes with basic amenities like a small fridge and kettle, which is great for longer stays.
Building & Check-in:
Since it’s an apartment-style stay, the entrance is inside a commercial building. Check-in was smooth and the host provided clear instructions, but first-time visitors may need to look around a bit to find the correct lift lobby.
Service:
The host was responsive and polite. Communication was easy, and they were helpful when I needed directions and recommendations.
Noise Level:
Because it’s in the busiest part of Changsha, some street noise can be heard at night — typical for such a central location. If you’re sensitive, you may want to request a higher floor.
Overall:
A great choice if you want convenience, modern comfort, and a prime location right next to IFS. It’s ideal for travellers who enjoy shopping, nightlife, and easy access to transportation.

MMisafir KullanıcıHotel: The hotel takes up 2 levels of the building. The room was clean and drinking water was provided everyday. The bed was clean and there was a huge TV in the room. The toilet is slippery, my child fell down on the first day so take note.
Location : The location was superb, you can get all sorts of food just below the hotel. And it is located just beside the metro station.
Service : The service staff are amazing. Very helpful and polite. They made our stay so much better. I cannot praise them enough.

This is not a standard full service hotel and finding the store which doubled as Hotel desk took a minute. Chinese language only during our stay being a small operation, but the room was good and clean. Small detail problems like missing bathroom door handle and 2 bath towels for 4 guests, but if you can live with these inconveniences, the location and price was great for arrival into Changsha before relocating after a few days to the old town and walking streets.

MMisafir KullanıcıRoom was modern and clean with great ducted heating. Can check in early for an additional fee if you wish. Daily housekeeping provided everyday, microwave, washing machine, dryer and detergent free for guest use. Lots of good local food on both streets either side of the building.
The room had floor to ceiling windows that opened to the outside hallway so you couldn’t have them open which meant no natural light.
Girl at reception (day/morning time) was unfriendly and seemed annoyed anytime you asked for help.

TThai solo travelerIt is closed to the Changsha Nan Railway Station. But it is better to use taxi or DiDi services. It is a bit far from attractions in the city. The subway station is about 15 minutes walk but it takes about 25 minutes to go to the Orange Island. Altogether it takes about 1 hr to be there. The receptions are friendly and can easily communicate with Google translate. The room is nice and clean. It is in the next building which is named “ Green Tree Inn”

The location is fantastic and I loved the 4 bedroom layout! Very nice place with 1.5 baths. There were small detail issues like one of the bathroom doors was difficult to open (slider with missing handle and needing oil or better wheels?). If this is ok for you, you will be delighted with this stay. If you are exceptionally tall, the ceilings above and below the loft area may be uncomfortable, but didn't bother nor affect me. Beautiful window views. Our room was on 11th floor.
