"Overall, it was good for me. The room type that we chose is just standard for us. The lady from the front office actually recommended that we can upgrade the room as we brought 4 big pieces of luggage, but we were okay with the one we booked. If you arrived earlier, you can actually store your luggage in the hotel earlier. I don’t have the picture of the place and my room, but I guess this is a refurbished apartment that has been turned into a hotel/inn. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes right below the apartment. The food and drinks here are delicious and nice. The lady from the front office was friendly too!"

"It is closed to the Changsha Nan Railway Station. But it is better to use taxi or DiDi services. It is a bit far from attractions in the city. The subway station is about 15 minutes walk but it takes about 25 minutes to go to the Orange Island. Altogether it takes about 1 hr to be there. The receptions are friendly and can easily communicate with Google translate. The room is nice and clean. It is in the next building which is named “ Green Tree Inn”"

"Great facilities! I booked a bed in a 6-person room but had it all to myself due to the travel season. The only slight inconvenience was the lack of a separate sink for washing my face, as the shower and toilet were in a compact shared space. However, it can be practical depending on your needs. Overall, a pleasant stay! Unfortunately, in China, the smell of smoking is quite common, which was a downside 😔"

MMisafir KullanıcıCouldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hotel was clean with an amazing location, close to transport, shopping and entertainment. The service provided made our trip in Changsha so memorable, we were greeted with a smiling face everyday, coffee service with unlimited water bottles, free laundry service, everything was a wechat message away. And not to mention the Smart Control function on the room was fun to use. Will definitely stay here the next time I’m in Changsha.

MMisafir KullanıcıStaff was courteous on WeChat before arrival. Hotel is able to receive items bought online. Hotel gave us a little later check out time after we asked as our flight was at night. Luggage could be stored in hotel lobby. Hotel lobby was not really grand looking but at least it had a shop front which had its name. Saw that there were other hotels are in the same building too. Hotel seems to only cover 1 level, on the 2nd floor. Upon going out from the lift, right side is an internet cafe while the hotel rooms were on the left. Of the 3 days we were there, we only had to scan once to open the glass door which leads to the rooms (door was open at other times). Hotel has laundry facilities between 8am-8pm but we did not use it. Room service is available upon request via WeChat. Hotel provided towels and toiletries too. Cleanliness needs to be improved as my friend spotted trash on the bottom shelf of the water dispensing area when we checked in. Bedsheets were clean, bed was comfortable. Room was pretty quiet despite being near a road. Location wise, quite straightforward to walk to Wuyi square via underground or street. Hotel is next to La Nova shopping mall (but does not have many shops) and an underground commercial street that leads to Wan Da shopping centre and opposite the road. Lots of eating areas around too. Walkable to Mi Fen street too.

XXuShaoZheThis was an excellent place to stay in Changsha, better than we could have expected. We visited in December and the heating from the air conditioner was enough to keep the room warm. The bathroom is modern, and even has heating above the shower. Both the room itself and the bathroom were very clean. We were on the third floor so we did not get bothered by any sound from the street. I am a very light sleeper but I did not wake up from anything. There are a few open air lounges around the building, most with a roof to protect from the rain, which were nice to sit and eat breakfast. The best thing about the room however is the bed. It is spacious (I think a king size) and so, so comfortable. There is a laundry facility but we didn't use this on our trip. They don't have a dryer machine but they do have a clothes line to dry clothes on. The owner spoke with us through WeChat and gave us recommendations on places to eat (a huge list, maybe 40 different places!) and checked if we needed room cleaning every day, and provided extra water bottles. The aunties at the hotel are all friendly. The location is really good, 5-7 mins walk from Peyuanqiao subway, and just one stop from Wuyi Square on line 1. It is also about 40mins on the subway or 30mins taxi to ChangshaNan Station (high-speed rail) and about 45mins subway from the airport. The hotel is on a quiet side street, the main street is very much a local, non-touristy street, which was nice, with a friendly uncle selling breakfast in the morning and many stalls and restaurants nearby. By the station you also have bigger chain shops and restaurants if this is what you prefer. The only thing to improve for me is that a coat hanger would be useful so we can hang up our coat somewhere. I love Changsha, my favourite city in China, and I think this hotel will become my go-to the next time I am back to visit!

YYxonMy trip got cut short due to family emergency but my parent stayed at Xiangyu Xiangyue Apartment not too long ago and recommended this place so I am writing this on their behalf as they did not had the chance to do it. Location: The location is excellent — right beside IFS and within walking distance to Taiping Street, Wuyi Square Station, shopping malls, food streets, cafés, and convenience stores. Super convenient for both day and night activities. Apartment Condition: The room was clean, modern, and spacious compared to standard hotel rooms. The bed was comfortable, the shower had good water pressure, and the air-conditioning worked well. The apartment comes with basic amenities like a small fridge and kettle, which is great for longer stays. Building & Check-in: Since it’s an apartment-style stay, the entrance is inside a commercial building. Check-in was smooth and the host provided clear instructions, but first-time visitors may need to look around a bit to find the correct lift lobby. Service: The host was responsive and polite. Communication was easy, and they were helpful when I needed directions and recommendations. Noise Level: Because it’s in the busiest part of Changsha, some street noise can be heard at night — typical for such a central location. If you’re sensitive, you may want to request a higher floor. Overall: A great choice if you want convenience, modern comfort, and a prime location right next to IFS. It’s ideal for travellers who enjoy shopping, nightlife, and easy access to transportation.

It has one bathroom with a toilet and a shower, and one separate toilet with no shower. We expected two showers. The shower room has a very strong unpleasant smell, like vomit. Also we assumed the washing machine would be a washer/dryer, but it washes only, which is not great for a short hotel stay when we need things dried quickly. The entrance was very difficult to find even though we could locate the building on a map. We had to do lots of walking around and asking at the local stores for help. The place is more run down than expected from the photos, but it is a good size for our group of four and in a good location near Pozi street.

MMisafir KullanıcıTry to imagine for a second, a hotel room with: Three bedrooms, each with a double bed, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a washing machine, located high up 40 floors, lake view, and even a tea corner. What do you think such a room should cost for a night? Well, I don't know about you, but for me it certainly wasn't the 300 yuan we paid. The location is not far away from the attractions either, it takes a quick 15 minute cab ride to hot spot night markets like Tai Ping street and 20 minutes to Orange Island. I think that's all that's needed to be said to convince anyone to stay here. But what's the catch? Sounds too good to be true right? Well, there really isn't one, but allow me to nitpick. 1) The provided kitchen basically only includes 2 stove tops, a kettle, and a fridge. No cookware or utensils provided. 2) Only one of the 2 bathrooms has a shower. 3) The furniture generally feels cheap. 4) The windows need cleaning. For the price there really isn't anything to complain about. Highly recommended at this price point. This is hands down, by far, the best valued accomodation I've ever stayed at. Downstairs there are many local restaurants to choose from as well as a few convenience stores available. It is also located right at the subway exit although the hotel entrance may be a bit confusing to find.

The toilet is slippery, my child fell down on the first day so take note. Location : The location was superb, you can get all sorts of food just below the hotel. And it is located just beside the metro station. Service : The service staff are amazing. Very helpful and polite. They made our stay so much better. I cannot praise them enough.

Daily housekeeping provided everyday, microwave, washing machine, dryer and detergent free for guest use. Lots of good local food on both streets either side of the building. The room had floor to ceiling windows that opened to the outside hallway so you couldn’t have them open which meant no natural light. Girl at reception (day/morning time) was unfriendly and seemed annoyed anytime you asked for help.

The location is fantastic and I loved the 4 bedroom layout! Very nice place with 1.5 baths. There were small detail issues like one of the bathroom doors was difficult to open (slider with missing handle and needing oil or better wheels?). If this is ok for you, you will be delighted with this stay. If you are exceptionally tall, the ceilings above and below the loft area may be uncomfortable, but didn't bother nor affect me. Beautiful window views. Our room was on 11th floor.
